I placed an order for two wall sconces and asked for additional information because it wasn't included in the listing. Customer service promptly addressed my request and provided me with all the details I needed. The product arrived well-packaged, in perfect condition, and fully met my expectations. I recommend it.

I purchased a ceiling fan, the posting mentions in 3 places it is made of wood, sadly it is made of CHEAP PLASTIC!! I sent photos and videos to illuminazioneitalia.it proving it was made of CHEAP PLASTIC!! their response was “After verification, we would like to confirm that you have received the correct item. Our suppliers confirm that the item sent is indeed made of wood.” completely ignoring that I proved it was made of CHEAP PLASTIC!! I strongly recommend NOT purchasing from illuminazioneitalia.it they stole over 349.00 euros from us, what they sent is a piece of JUNK!!! The description on the invoice even says “Vintage industrial wooden ceiling fan with light”

Ho acquistato un ventilatore da soffitto, l'annuncio menziona in 3 punti che è fatto di legno, purtroppo è fatto di PLASTICA ECONOMICA!! Ho inviato foto e video a illuminazioneitalia.it dimostrando che era fatta di PLASTICA CHEAP!! la loro risposta è stata "Dopo la verifica, vorremmo confermare che hai ricevuto l'articolo corretto. I nostri fornitori confermano che l’oggetto inviato è effettivamente in legno.” ignorando completamente che avevo dimostrato che era fatto di PLASTICA ECONOMICA!! Consiglio vivamente di NON acquistare da illuminazioneitalia.it ci hanno rubato oltre 349,00 euro, quello che hanno mandato è spazzatura!!! La descrizione sulla fattura dice addirittura "Ventilatore da soffitto industriale vintage in legno con luce"
