From the moment we stepped through the door of Il Mondo I knew this would be a holiday booking experience unlike any other. We were greeted with warmth, courtesy and a smile by Jo who introduced herself and Alison, offered us coffee and asked how she could help us. There was no sales pitch, just a genuine desire to help us find the right holiday to meet all of our requirements - which she did meticulously and entirely. As a result, from the moment we left home to the moment we returned our holiday was stress-free and seamless thanks to her care and attention to detail.

With only 3 months notice Jo put together an amazing fly/drive trip in Namibia for our 25th wedding anniversary. She gave us a choice of 3 different itineraries to include our requirements of big sand dunes and lots of wildlife. With a bit of tweaking it was sorted and we were soon on our way. Everything ran smoothly and it was a wonderful experience with superb accommodation.
