I first started to use the website as I had no idea and app was offered. For the first two weeks, everything was working without a subscription. Also when you do anything on the site, instead of mentioning their app, they continue to remind you to leave a review & being that I had no issues, everything was working for free, I thought I had found a dream website so I left a review. Then the premium features stopped working so I signed up for a subscription. They subscription wouldn't work at all, so i contacted for help & was told they couldn't find my subscription so I forwarded the receipt. Im told again that they cannot find my subscription & to wait until the next month or something to that nature which I couldn't understand & was very unhappy. So I continued to troubleshoot & found their app in the app store & I see many people have had this exact issue & when I saw them in Google play they had a very low rating haven't looked since.
I continued & continued & finally got their site to work with my subscription. But I couldn't use it for the first few weeks or longer. Now that it's working, every photo, every piece of artwork i remove the background from, removes things it shouldn't be, and changing the background to a green color. I've tested both paid & free remove background sites & apps using the same images, no issues.
So would i recommend this company, no. I haven't been happy since the first two weeks. I continue to give them a chance to help ne, or fix issues, but it's one issue after another. I use this for a side business and to donate my artwork so this is very important. I don't know exact dates but it's been over two months

Thanks to iloveimg I was able to convert my iphone images which were saved as heic instead of jpg! Must be something I did wrong!

The quality of the upscale is really great

One tool that does what it says! You can do several things with photos including converting photos types... really useful for my HEIC photos. One can resize, photo edit, crop and much more for free. While free versions has limitation in terms of 'how many' at one go, but it doesn't stop you (unlike some others where you have to wait for 24 hours etc). Performance of the site is very good. Highly recommended.

Very good program, the conversion heic to jpg is perfect. I recommend actively. It is the first time I used the conversion, but thankfully the conversion is very good. I do not use heic files so this program was useful.
