Rest assured we shipped your ring sizer free on April 14, 2022. Economy delivery time can take a little longer than expedited and standard shipping but it should have arrived. A lot of our customers already received theirs. We request that you check some things on your end first.
Please check with other members of your household to see if anyone may have put your package aside. If you have neighbors close by, you may also check with them if they received your package while you were out.
If you live in an apartment complex, please contact your rental office or building manager to see if they are holding your package there. If you still haven't get it at all you are more than welcome to contact our Care team at contact@ilustore.com who will help to resolve it with a replacement and change your 1 star review upon delivery. Very nice looking rings
Very nice looking rings. They look better in person. I had issues in the past with Ilu delivery times, but the rings always arrived eventually, and the little lady loved them. My recent dealings with them have been great… quick delivery, and quality merchandise as far as I know. Time will tell if they hold up their good looks and / or require regular cleanings / service. My wife and I are very pleased with Ilu jewelry right now.
