There had been an administrative error

There had been an administrative error, meaning I had paid for the license twice, and the second time for a higher amount; they checked and immediately issued a refund. They took care of the problem.

Imagely provides easy to navigate and well supported products.

Using this theme has been easy to set up and navigate. But, most importantly, the customer service is prompt and thorough. Almost every part of the process and function is described in the help docs. Most of my issues have been resolved by being directed to the document describing the process I'm stuck on. I very much appreciate the professional guidance provided with the service.

DONT buy it

Very bad service with no correct support.
You cant get invoice for purchase, you cant instal Pro version or when you instal it with difficulties, gallery Mosaic doesnt work properly and all webpage is in trouble of downloading and giving errors.
Now i am trying to get a refund and cancel it, but support doesn't answer.

Broken with No Fix in Sight

I have used the NextGen Plus plug-in from Imagely for several years on my website without incident. It broke recently, but my web developer was able to get it fixed. Then it broke again and has been non-functional for nearly a month now. I have written to the support team several times and they acknowledge the problem, assure me it is a core issue that needs resolution, state they will eventually work on a fix, but can give no timeline. They offer no refund since my annual renewal was in December and after 15-days there are no refunds. Of course, the plugin wasn't irrevocably broken during that time.

Worst Gallery Tool For WP

Since paying for Imagely, it has been a terrible experience. The galleries rarely work as intended. The gallery thumbnails are often blurry and pixelated. The default settings don't make any sense, they seem to be made for flip phones in the 2000's. Default settings need to be updated. Customer support is slow to respond and keeps saying that pixelated images are, "good enough".

Imagely is the worst gallery tool I've ever used.

Image search does not work correctly

Image search does not work correctly. One of the worst implementations of a search engine I have seen. If you are thinking to sell images and rely on the search to be found you are just out of luck.

It stores the images in a different place to the WordPress Media location, with all the disadvantages it has because of that.
Image galleries are nice, and support is also quick to answer .That is because I give them another star.
But if you are serious about selling images, go WooCommerce and another gallery plugin like Foo or Envira Gallery that integrate well with those.

If you only want to show images and don't care that those are available in the Media section of WP this might suit you.

For me, it was a big loss of time and resources when I hit the wall because of the search engine. Unfortunately, too late for a refund.

Image Search feature does not work as advertised

Image Search feature does not work as advertised...Been reaching out to customer/tech service for over a year and they don't seem too concerned about fixing the issue/bug. I would have never bought the plug in if I knew it did not work as advertised.

They promise money back guarantee

They promise money back guarantee, but after I have written to the support an auto reply has come back saying, that I have already canceled my renewal. I have purchased the service for one year regardless I renew it or not. The cancellation should engage only the renewal service, not the service for support, which I have paid a yearly fee. So I got one hour support for a price of a year, and no money back.

Imagely produces a set of wordpress plugins, including NextGen Gallery, one of the most widely used photo galleries online.

I recently had some billing confusion with imagely and contacted customer services. They responded promptly and immediately sorted the issue entirely to my satisfaction.
