We have just returned from a trip to Kenya and cannot praise Imagine Travel highly enough. All the arrangements were flawless and we received exactly the holiday we wanted, varied accommodation, nothing too big or "corporate".

Matt was immensely helpful and efficient, friendly but professional. Imagine pride themselves on competitiveness and we were quoted £1600 more by another company for an identical itinerary (We didn't mention that to the people we met who were travelling with the competitors!)

I would not hesitate to recommend Imagine and look forward to travelling with them in future.

We have recently returned from a trip to South Africa. We'd planned the holiday as one of those "once in a lifetime" holidays as a joint present to ourselves (our Silver Wedding Anniversary and my husbands retirement).

After much deliberation we settled on South Africa and decided we would like to experience a variety - a city break, a little relaxation and finishing with a safari. We looked around at several agents but have to say Imagine Africa were not only very competitive on price - but managed to work in the most amazing accommodation which we had never dreamt we'd get for our budget. Even including a brief stay in a beautiful spot on a vineyard in Franshhoek.

They handled the entire booking including our connecting flights to/from Aberdeen too. They worked very hard to give us the style of holiday we wanted - we especially said no large, impersonal "touristy" hotels or lodges. Nor anything where we felt we were on a tour. We wanted some freedom. And so we had a hire car for the first half and then moved up to the Makalali reserve to enjoy a luxury 6 tent lodge.

Really there are not enough words to describe how pleased we were with the entire trip. They are a very relaxed company. Or at least appear to be - sometimes almost too relaxed - yet I now see that like ducks they are probably paddling like mad under the water. Working hard to make sure every trip is tailored and suited to those booking and meets the budget.

We know we will find it hard to beat this holiday or even match it for content and price - though if we can find an occasions to have another "once in a lifetime" trip then we know exactly where we would go.

Imagine Africa arranged an amazing trip for us. Our travel consultant, Jen, was so helpful and patient in helping us plan such a fabulous holiday. She asked lots of questions, listened to and understood what we were looking for and got everything spot on - well better than spot on really. Everything happened like clockwork from the moment we booked until we returned to the UK. Each part of the holiday surpassed our expectations with wonderful camps, excellent service and very good staff. I'd highly recommend Imagine Africa - definitely the experts with regards to Africa but also a fantastic service.

If I am honest, I am having a problem with putting into words how our holiday went. To just say that it was amazing, a holiday of a life time and that I do not think that any other holiday will ever come close, dose not seem enough!! Taking into consideration that we stayed at 4 different places throughout our 2 week holiday, with lots of travelling and transferring, not once were we delayed or kept waiting for any length of time. The hospitality at all 4 was exceptional and the attention to detail when it came to them helping me celebrate my 40th Birthday was truly amazing. Imagine Africa should be very proud of the service that they provide, it is exceptional just like the holidays.
