It turned out to better than I expected the only downside is filling with fuel it would be better if it held more to last longer

Unfortunately after ordering and paying for a fire I was notified that it was out of stock. However I was offered a range of options to resolve which I thought was very fair and chose an upgrade at no extra cost. On arrival the fire appeared fine but one of the decorative logs was damaged. On contacting the company I was told there was no stock until March 2026. Since using the fire this weekend I note that another one of the logs has split open.

Happy with the final product, but the delivery and communication was terrible. I was told it would be delivered on a certain day. I can’t work from home so my mum had to take a day off to sit in all day for the delivery. We had no update or anyway to specifically track the parcel. It never came and no one told us anything. I had to keep ringing the next day to find out and they said the driver had run out of time but there was no communication at all.

It burned ok but where was the Christmas smell? I was expecting cloves, cinnamon, ginger, mulled wine but there was nothing, very disappointing.

I love my Haworth Bioethanol Stove.

I really adds to the atmosphere in my living room. Gives off so much heat I can turn off my central heating after it’s been lit for a while. It’s very well made great quality.

Really like the fire and good customer service but 1 litre doesn't last more than couple of hours. It's a shame won't burn for longer or have a bigger tank to allow to add more fuel as nice to have on longer than 2 hours before having to wait to cool before can refuel.

Absolutely brilliant service

The fires from Imaginfires are so well made and pack a real punch. They throw a lot of heat out and are very simple to control by opening or closing the vent. We have just bought some forest fruit fuel and it leaves a lovely scent. All orders are delivered promptly and safely.

Absolutely fantastic service. We’d ordered a fire then realised it was going to be far too small. Contacted them via email (phone calls were unsuccessful) great communication and the bigger fire was delivered and the original collected for no extra charge. Fire is lovely and we are very very happy with it. Would highly recommend.

Your customer service team Brenda & Mel has been very helpful and responsive with my order. Unfortunately the delivery service has been disappointing. The delays of my fires & delivery affected my overall experience. I hope this can be improved?
Would recommend imaginfires and Would purchase again from them.

Brilliant superb quick delivery. Very well packaged prevent any possibility of damage. I did have a broken log but a simple call to customer care and two days later a replacement. Great communication throughout.
Not tried using as yet but it looks amazing

Lovely new fire it's better than my central heating and keeps the place warmer ordering was simple and fast the fire is built really well delivery was very good also credit to the firm with these fires.
