iMemories Reviews

Very quick service! Sent my tapes out and started getting the files on the app within a couple days. Had all 10 of my tapes done in a week. Original Hi8 tapes were secure in transport both ways and was nice I could get then back! Didn't pay extra for quality enhancement - they are fine just the way they are. Would do this again!!

The quality, ease, and timeliness of the iMemories process is top notch.

IMemories makes the whole process very easy. From the start with them sending a box with instructions, developing my images and finally working with me on the end result. They kept me informed on every step.

Used them for old dvd tapes and black and white photos. Was very impressed with the tapes and the overall service, easy of use of website. Was expecting a slightly better image processing of black and white photos at 50 cents a photo.

The videos were very professionally done. Definitely plan on getting some on USB.

It was super easy to do!! Plus the discount on my first order made it even better. The quality of my digitized videos was outstanding as well. But best of all was the turn around and getting it done quickly. They kept me in the loop during the entire process. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone who has memories that need to be digitized in order to keep those memories forever!

My experience was great. I was a little nervous to send off my irreplaceable videos, but I am glad I did. The service was wonderful, reasonably priced and professional. I was given frequent updates on the progress of my project. My videos were returned with no problems.

I am very impressed with iMemories. It has been fun looking back on these memories. I have been recommending it to friends!

The process was great from start to finish. Excellent customer service also.

The process was incredibly easy. I ordered the box, loaded it up, took it to the UPS store & within a few days I was notified of the cost, paid for it & a few days later my videos were available to download...

My experience didn't start off well. My videos were "lost." Walgreens didn't have them, FedEx didn't have them and IMemories didn't have them. It was heartbreaking!!!! I gave up finding them. A couple of people at IMemories said they would forward it to their supervisor. Out of the blue I decided to look at the FedEx tracker. The tracker showed that the package was in Arizona so I called IMemories. The person who spoke with me couldn't find the package in the computer but she assured me that my package would be found. A few days later I received an email stating that my videos were in process!!!!!!!!!!! I was elated!!!!!!! I began watching my vidoes and praised God that my package was found! The end results were awesome! One video was 35 years old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was great! I am so happy with the results! The work was so clear and the audio was great! Thank you so much for making it possible for me to see and hear loved ones that have passed on. I feel so blessed! I pray that God bless IMemories as they bless their customers with such joy!

I was really impressed with this company. Before choosing iMemories, I looked into Legacybox, but I was a little nervous about their process. I ended up going with iMemories because of the app, and that turned out to be a great decision.

I love how easy it is to pull up old memories anytime. Whether I'm home or visiting family, being able to open an app and instantly go back in time has been pretty amazing.

The whole process was quick and easy. I was excited to see videos starting to show up just a day or so after I paid the invoice. It made the experience even more fun to log in and be surprised by something new each time.

The only issue I ran into was that one of my videos couldn't be processed. While that was disappointing, since there wasn’t really an explanation on why. (No sound, no video, damaged media would’ve been nice)

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend iMemories to anyone looking to preserve and enjoy their old family videos and photos.

Even though this is expensive, I feel it is worth the lifetime of finally being able to capture photos and videos even 75-100 years ago

It honestly was the best decision I made. Bringing back so many memories that had been lost just due to time and life. This is going to be great gift for my sister's 50th Wedding Anniversary. Showing her children and great grandchildren. Watching these made me smile and cry all at the same time. There are no word to say how thankful I am for you. The turn around time was super fast. I used coupons which helped with the cost and they offer them a lot so if that is what is making you rethink don't it is so worth it.

Service as described. Easy to use. Thank you!

I am so very happy I chose iMemories to transfer my families precious movies!! They have done such a wonderful job , seeing my parents wedding over 60 years ago had been priceless! I will cherish these and all our family memories!!!
I recommend this service to anyone who wants to preserve and have access to these precious treasures!!

I had videos made from 1953 to 1999 from slides, reels and VHS tapes. Every single one of them is perfect! I could not be more grateful and touched. Now my children can watch my childhood and their childhood. It’s amazing!

Easy, quick turn around. It appears your site has many apps to assist in sharing the pictures and videos with family.

I am extremely happy to have my movies of my children when they were little. Very professional and very helpful. Thank you so much.

Timely transfer and return of tapes. Good quality.
