Scammers
Scammers. Calling me non stop for a “debt” that doesn’t belong to me, I’ve done a full credit check of myself and nowhere does it state that any of my debts have been handed to this “agency”. They have left me voice mails addressed to someone with a totally different name to me (which at the very best is a huge data protection violation) and refuse to stop calling me until they take MY personal details. No chance am I giving even more details to a dodgey “debt collection” agency. Dealt with many dishonest companies such as this one as unfortunately scamming people to keep your business afloat seems to be a very popular technique at this moment in time. I would ignore all calls from this company, if you truly owed them something I’m sure they would have your address to send a letter in the post, like all other respectable and genuine agencies would do.
The first clue is the vile attitude of the lady on the phone, a legitimate debt collection agency would never allow incompetent and unprofessional people to deal with their clients. BLOCK AND REPORT to FCA

Asked the contact center worker if there is anything else they need as I was busy at work and she hung the phone up on me. Totally unprofessional behaviour. No manager/supervisor apparently available to speak to.

Disgusting! Harassing and bullying from them for a debt that is illegal bought from sky for non returned equipment that was returned 5 years ago! Was asked to prove this! I have sent the equipment back! Just disgusting behaviour
