I started the application for settlement status in the UK through the Richmond chambers immigration barristers ~2 months ago. I worked mainly with Anna Bregstein who was very dedicated and professional throughout the process. In the last 5 years, I worked for several start-ups and went through covid which made my application a bit more complex (preparation of the documents, making sure I satisfied all the requirements etc). This is not my first time working with Richmond chambers, in fact I also applied for the Tier 1 visa which was also successful. Overall, I highly recommend working with them.

The professionalism and support we received from Olivia Waddell and Rossana Atkinson for Phoebe's spouse visa to the UK was exceptional.
The visa was accomplished in a relatively short period of time, they were with us every step of the way, even during the Christmas holidays so that we could meet deadlines.
In addition, everything was clearly explained and well prepared to make the process as simple and efficient it could be, on our side.
We cannot imagine anyone wanting to do the application process themselves, especially given the reasonable cost for this service.

Alex Papasotiriou & Alexandra Pease, they make a dream team together & can make anything possible. My mother applied for the most difficult Adult dependent Visa 3 years back via some other Immigration Firm and it got refused. When I was completely hopeless that time I contacted Alex & Alex from Richmond Chambers, to be honest I was not very hopeful in the beginning as the success rate for Adult Dependents is only 4-5% and on top of that my mother’s visa application was already rejected once. I engaged this firm for a Global Talent endorsement review, investing a significant amount despite being in a challenging financial situation. While their lawyer provided detailed guidance, I felt that some of the advice did not fully align with the nuances of my case. Specifically, I was advised to provide evidence spanning the past 10 years of my digital tech career, even though I had concerns that my role transition might not be viewed as a strong fit under Tech Nation’s criteria. Ultimately, Tech Nation assessed that I was not at an early stage, which I believe negatively impacted my application.

I had hoped for more flexibility and support, especially given my circumstances, but unfortunately, they were unable to offer a pro bono review on humanitarian grounds. While I appreciate their insights, I do feel that a more strategic approach to my situation could have led to a stronger outcome.
