Ridiculous company. Sent 9euro to a debt Cancellation when I was asking to pay for a full year

Refuse to listen keep say that I was late on payment.

Awful subscription service that doesn’t let you cancel. Has terrible communication and would not recommend. Basically feels like a scam. Wouldn’t trust or use them again.

I doubt you can be called Kundenservice des Jahres.

Someone placed an ad in my name on your website. I went to the police and sent you a report immediately. Your customer agents refused to provide full data associated with my name and address on your website. I asked them to confirm their refusal with any article on GDPR or your AGB, they did not refer to any legal article. They did not ask me to confirm my identity, they did not give any security tips, they even refused getting my messages earlier.

But today I was talking to your agent Kacper in the online chat to get any update, and this was too much. He did not even ask my account number and just refused to give any info. Then he copy pasted the same generic message instead of answering my question. I wasn't gonna complain if it was not the same story with almost every agent.

Customer service is neither an easy nor pleasant job. And I enjoyed using your website until this situation. I regret paying for the subscription when in case of a problem your customer service gives such a treatment.

Forcing people into binding contract for several months with monthly pays, without any proper communication or notice of this. People are not aware what they are signing up for, no proper guidance and no proper view on the terms and conditions. This is a way of scamming people. Advise: do not sign up for anything, they are not a trustworthy company and you will be bind into paying monthly for something you are not using even if you are terminating the contract.

I ordered a SCHUFA report via ImmoScout24, thinking it was a one-time payment of €29.95, but they tricked me into a subscription for the same amount! I only noticed when I got an invoice later.

No clear warning, just a sneaky way to take money. Avoid ordering SCHUFA through ImmoScout – it's a scam!

I have never imagined the malpractice and exploitation done by immoscount in forcing you into contract. I purchased 6 month package and i didn't knew they will start charging every month. They disabled the access and i couldn't look at my billings, i paid to them directly and they still sent my case to debit collector. Stay away from these scammers, i didn't beleive in other reviews but now in the same situation.

I had a one-year subscription with them. However, since auto-renewal was enabled by default, they took money from my account for an additional 5-6 months before I noticed. I contacted them and explained that I was no longer using their services, but they still refused to refund the extra months beyond the one year. This is modern-day robbery!

Too many good offers but sadly no answer,

Absolute horrible. Applied for a Schufa with ImmobilienScout - they use webID for verification. In the actual page it states clearly that they accept passport verification. After several trials, no success. Believing it was MY mistake, I went ahead and applied again (yes, I paid twice for the same thing). Once again, the same results. The app doesn't accept passports! I contacted the WebID support team and they said my name in the application was wrong! I checked with ImmobilienScout and one kept blaming the other. The ImmoScout support was not helpful at all. Spoke to an agent who straight on disconnected the chat before my issue was resolved.

Do your customers a favor: If you don't take passport verification, remove this from your website/app!

Absolute criminals... they trick you into a contract that appears to be one free month and although you send email with cancel request, they keep invoicing you!!! Advert traffic and presence is absolute below standard and feedback near zero!! My tip => DO NOT USE!!

Your plus membership purchased as a 3-month package continues to be charged unless you cancel it, I have never seen such an application anywhere in the world and they never help when you want to cancel, it is a complete fraud, beware.

I had a very disappointing experience with Immobilien Scout. I initially tried to request a Schufa report through their platform, but I never received it. Instead, I was met with constant technical issues, as the website kept blocking and crashing. Additionally, without realizing it, I was apparently signed up for a subscription.

When I noticed the unexpected charges, I blocked their invoices, as I had no intention of paying for a service I never received or knowingly signed up for. Months later, I was contacted by a lawyer demanding payment. Despite my efforts to reason with them and request a fair settlement, they refused to cooperate and insisted on pursuing the charges.

This feels like a predatory practice. The entire process was confusing, untransparent, and exploitative. I expected better from such a well-known platform. This experience has left me with the impression that Immobilien Scout is more focused on trapping users in subscriptions than providing a reliable service.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when using their platform, especially when dealing with Schufa requests.

Denied me refund because I used "the wrong form" and then ghosted me. I applied for a refund straight away, 10 seconds after purchasing their "subscription", after realising this predatory payment model charges you per month, but you can still only cancel after at least three months. Conveniently, they had waited 2 weeks to respond, denying my request for a cancellation and now sending me payment reminders. The so-called "customer service" literally ghosted me after requesting the phone number to their PR-department. I am working with the Verbraucherzentrale together now to resolve this.

ImmoScout24 are not a real estate tool by any means.The absolute worst step you can make when trying to look for an apartment in Germany. A very very very small percentage of people are able to find a home through this site and the company. It is a scam which will force you to subscribe in order to keep them afloat as a business and you in return will remain homeless, with zero responses from any one as they allow thousands upon thousands of people to enter a membership they will not let you break free from once you have wasted weeks/months of your life endlessly applying to the scam racket. Don't do it.

Absolute dogshit. First of all its over priced and overly compeditve, they have a monopoly of the market that they treat like shit by not even bothering to filter out bots. They then cancelled my automatic payment, where i changed nothing then stated i now have to pay for it as well as significant legal fees (all of this without notifying me once) absoluley disgusting, they then now threaten to send debt collecters over their own mistake

Terrible Experience! Everything about this service is misleading. They advertise a €30 package for three months, but in reality, you’re charged €90 because they lock you into the full term with no option to cancel,even if you find the service to be terrible (which it is). On top of that, the platform is rife with scams. Extremely dissatisfied, this was a complete waste of €90.

It has errors and bugs! sometimes I should retry my request to see a page or submit a form.

I remember 3 days ago I saw a Nodejs backend error!
