Wellingborough IMO is definitely NOT the newest IMO car wash.
Looks like something from the dark ages.
Not sure I would really trust the equipment with my car again.
Wash was ok but not the best for the cost.
Staff were good though.

They broke my rear windscreen wiper
They broke my rear windscreen wiper. Having sent me a letter claiming they would pay for the damage, they are now not answering any emails or online contact requests, and the phone number is only a pre-recorded message telling me to use the online form!

Very good fast car wash
Very good fast car wash, the units are a bit out of date in some places but better than anywhere else, specially as they are good for under car wash

Ok wash, not worth the money
Went to wash my small car. Paid for the top ceramic wash. Car is clean but wheels remain dirty with brake dust present. Overall ok but avoid if your car is very dirty.

Went to car wash at Owlcoates centre pudsey, pulled up - no sign of anyone, waited 15 minutes 3 other cars queuing behind me - we all reversed off the forecourt and drive away- voucher not used due to no staff available

Attendant was very quick as I was
Attendant was very quick as I was, in a queue. There were areas that were still patchy after the car wash. I will definitely go back to have my car washed.

Absolutely awful car wash experience
Absolutely awful car wash experience! They marked my expensive alloys with their machine then flatly refused to compensate due to the fact that I have profile tyres fitted even though I’ve been a customer for years! Avoid them by all means!!

This the third time I’ve used IMO. For £19 you expect to have a clean and dry car. The car wasn’t fully dry and there were several dirty patches left.
