Great staff and service

Preliminary cleaning with steam cleaner was insufficient, as dirt residue remained on the side sills after cleaning.
First roller on the right side was defective and didn’t clean anything.
Insufficient drying, especially on the rear of the vehicle.

Went in dirty - came out clean

The location is very convenient and the service is quick, but unfortunately, the results have been disappointing. This was my second visit, and both times the car remained quite dirty in the front and back. I don’t expect a 'sparkling' hand-wash finish from an automated service, but it barely made a difference. Additionally, the staff weren't particularly welcoming or kind. Great for a quick rinse, but not if you actually want a clean car.

The wash job left a lot of water in the car, which translated to a lot or water stains, all around the car. It is advertised that the customers use the vacuum for free, but we have to take chips from the service team, that did not provided right away, I had to walk in and ask for it, and also the time is not enough, so I had to take a second chip, which made me receive a discontent gaze from the staff, and even so, I could not vacuum the car as needed.

Straight forward easy simple clean

All good. Queue moved quickly and car was cleaned well.

Vehicle had a lot of dirt marks and the grill on the car was left dirty on it still after the wash so I was very disappointed.

After getting home I had was to went back over it with a cloth and some water, that take me over an hour.

Drove in, used easy pay on my phone. Attendant dealt with the pre wash efficiently and quickly. Through the car wash with no problems.
Clean car = happy happy!

Had car wash most expensive one still come out with bird poo all over it

After leaving and getting back to the house the amount of dirt still left on the car is unacceptable. Even to the point water that was dirty has dried and the car still looks dirty although I paid for the highest option available

I got Schlieren on my auto. Vogelkacke ging not off. Also i got Wasserflächen on my auto - the trockner funktioniert bad.

Great customer service very friendly

Quick and simple when you get to the front of the queue. Choose your 'wash' time to avoid delays. Plenty of options to tempt your wallet/ credit or debit card. Brings a shine to the paintwork and despatches the pollen and dust.
