Opted for a more expensive wash than normal, I couldn't see much of a difference at first but it does seem to have lasted longer than normal. Overall very pleased with the service and convenience.

Somewhat disappointed with my latest…
Somewhat disappointed with my latest visit to the Somerford rd car wash, sills both sides still dirty, ( still caked in dirt).
obviously the pre-jet was a waste of time.
Vehicle still very wet on exit.
Is it too much to ask for a little more care and attention when doing the pre wash.

Very Good Service, but Extra Charge for Floor Mats
The car wash was very good as always. I especially love the powerful vacuum cleaner and the compressed-air blower. What was disappointing, though, was that the employee wanted to charge me an extra €2 just to briefly pressure-wash my floor mats. Until now, the other employees have always done this as part of the service, and I was always happy to leave a small tip.

Car wasn’t cleaned particularly great, and the quick QR scan didn’t link to my account so I didn’t get a reward stamp. Which seems pointless!

i booked tripple wash but my allow rims were still very dirty. Not happy with that.Other then that it was good and quick.Please ask your staff to wash with hand allows rather than just putting water with water gun.

Rear not fully cleaned
My car is a compact size estate, the rear is not cleaned properly with many dirts and grimes left at the rear below the rear screen.
