A very fast and efficient car wash center. Staff is very helpful and had good experience. The vacuum cleaner is powerfully but need atleast 2-3 coins to clean full car.

Bit rushed, I was the only car there, didn’t get the wheel clean, guy with spray walked around like “I hate my job” if he’d got the spray on the wheels I think they would have cleaned up better

Excellent Service.
Used IMO 5 times now. Always very pleased with the results. Staff friendly & yesterday he apologised for a little bit of a wait whilst he did a valet wash on a car. Would definitely recommend the Whitehaven branch. Thank you for cleaning my very dirty car!

Good but slightly confused
Good - but if you’re going to advise me that the prices have changed after you scan my prepaid QR code, then maybe update your website prices first, as it’s not my problem I paid less - And probably don’t hand me a card asking for a review when I feel like I’ve just been told off.

Be careful of aerials and wind deflectors
The machine broke my wind deflector off my side window. I only realised later. I went back after hours and the operative came out immediately and gave me the part. The loyalty scheme is good.

Wheels weren't precleaned and black…
Wheels weren't precleaned and black soot left on all 4 wheels. Car wash stopped midway for approx 30 secs to a minute I didn't time it but it was quite scary not knowing what occurred. Rinsing seemed to be sporadic before drying.
