Called in on Saturday 17th of October at 08.05am during opening hours and they were closed. I then called 24th of October at 17.50 and they were closed again. This was the Longton Imo

One off the side brushes wasnt working
One off the side brushes wasnt working. So car only got cleaned on one side. The chamois at the end off the wash where missing so the car ended up with a load of water marks.

Went there on the 24th October 2026 which I always go there is have got the taxi app I pay 20.00 inside and out and I pay when it's cleaned but someone new was there and he said he will look inside my car which isn't dirty and said to me 30.00 which I said I always pay 20.00 and I have the app for my discount and he said not here you don't so I said don't worrie about it ill go somewhere else and he said I won't get it any cheaper anywhere which down the road is 20.00 the service yesterday was very poor and I will not go again there I would stay clear star hand car wash 2 mins down the road and there prices stay the same

Lovely helpful young lad
The young guy was extremely friendly and helpful. This was my second visit to the IMO car wash in falkirk and because of this young man i will be back.. My first visit however was definitely NOT a good experience the older man working that day was very nasty because when my car started to move I automatically without thinking pressed the brake, yes I know you're not ment to but it was my first time to this type of car wash....the man started banging about raising his voice in frustration at me " What you doing! You dont listen to what i say! I told you no brake!" He made me extremely uncomfortable.

Half way through the wash the brushes stopped working. They were re-set but they stopped working again. The attendant had to wipe my car down.

Price increase
I've been using IMO for the last three years and found it to be very good value for the price. I use the triple foam and after six washes you get a voucher for a free ultra HD wash. Just recently the car wash menu has changed with less choice and a price increase. I will be using it less.
