Booking is easy but questionable quality !
It was easy to book on your app. I took two months voucher and it mentioned validity for 90 days but I received only for 2 months?
The most important things is the quality of the wash - it is ok for a quick wash and go but cannot compare it with hand wash outcome - a large part of the car after the wash still remained unclean.

Purchased a one time wash code on the app, when I got there they tried to scan but said it’s not working and I should pay again, I would not use the app again and I’m £14 down now because of it. The app is terrible the wash it okay and staff are decent but they don’t really care if you code works or not and they don’t really know how to fix it

Called in on Saturday 17th of October at 08.05am during opening hours and they were closed. I then called 24th of October at 17.50 and they were closed again. This was the Longton Imo
