The drying towels were not working and…
The drying towels were not working and my windscreen was still dirty after the wash. I’m disappointed. I paid for the most expensive wash too, the graphine and was looking forward to great results which I didn’t get. I’d like my money back.

Amazing value for the money. I usually go for the cheapest wash on my company car and then finish it off in the car park using my own products.
The guys spray it down and jet wash it before going through the rollers.
I always use an IMO for the friendly staff and cracking service.

IMO, my go to car wash!
I always use an IMO car wash. I drive quite a few miles. I alternate between the ceramic and ultra HD washes, which protects the paint work well.
The staff are friendly and take care when undertaking the pre wash.

Cleaning was not satisfied and advertised wrongly
First it is very complicated to understand your App.! Than you advertise with 5,- discount on your first car wash. Nowhere it is written that it is only valid for the most expensive car wash. You see it when you are already in and download your App. The guy who did the high pressure blast was not thorough enough. Birdshit was after cleaning still on the car. The Maschine was also not working well, as on one side I got the half of the amount of the active foam. And at the end the car was still wet and full of drops. Was not dried properly like when I compare it with other car cleaners.
