IMO Car Wash Reviews 

My reference number is 150078847, I washed my car in IMO Göttingen with Ceramic wash program. But the person in washing center done a Normal wash setting, i am sure Ceramic waxing is not done over my car. I just asked him, whether Ceramic done or not.

Overall good, just one think about prewash should stay a bit longer

Generally good but wheels cleaning not so good.

I regularly have our cars washed at the Northwich branch, each once a fortnight so am familiar with the Ultra HD program.

Going through the car wash it was apparent the program was not as normal, or had been incorrectly selected. There was no Ultra HD spray before the drying program as normal.

I tried to bring this to the attention of the attendants who could not understand me so called the owner who was extremely rude over the phone. He was clearly not interested in my issue and was saying been program had been changed and they were not making money on these washes.

I have also had issues with him before, two weeks earlier when the program was working as it should I drove around with my QR code for a pre paid wash for him to walk towards my vehicle and see I had a pre paid QR code and mutter “pain in the arse” and walk back to the office for his code reader.

I am extremely disappointed by the service delivered at the northwich branch.

The only thing this car wash cleaned was my wheels and bonnet. Worst car wash ever .guy even sprays it first lack of effort from him i think .thought the fact i paid for HD it would have been good .save your money get stevie wonder to wash it .......

My car was still wet when the wash was finished so the car looked ok. When it was dry it was still dirty and the car is covered in water marks. The tripple foam i paid for didn't happen. The guy with the jet wash may as well not been there (rude). Never use you again.

Really friendly staff and easy to book through the app.

I had pre paid for my car wash which was so easy to do but even though I had done that I was asked if I had blue light which I do and was guided through my blue light app to receive some free offers, the staff are very kind and patient when I had an issue with my auto start/stop engine. I highly recommend the branch at Cribbs Causeway Bristol

Much better not having to have the cash each time

I’ve been using your facilities for a little while now and it does vary from place to place but one thing that let them down is a strong smell of sulphur understand you can reuse some of your water specially whilst there’s a restriction from time to times i.e. hose pipe bands and water shortages, but surely there’s something you can do to help neutralise that egg Pogi smell many thanks for listening Mr. A Joyce.

Super Service, super staff

I use the Merthyr Tydfil branch of IMO at least twice a mouth and always have a great experience. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and my car always looks great after.

Left spotting and water marks on my car. It's almost like the water is recycled and dirty.

18 pound for a wash with ceramic spray cam out the car wasn’t fully clean waste of money
