This the third time I’ve used IMO. For £19 you expect to have a clean and dry car. The car wasn’t fully dry and there were several dirty patches left.

Friendly guys but
Friendly guys, however car does not come out very clean. Pre wash and alloy wash is basically not existent even though it’s meant to be part of all washes.Disappointing.
When it’s not busy they can’t be arsed, if it’s busy they rush you through. Can’t win

Great car wash but rude staff
Great car wash but rude staff. It was my first time using the car wash and despite there being no queue of vehicles behind me, the staff member moaned at me for taking too long to download the app to pay so that I could get the app benefits.

My car was absolutely filthy due to ongoing building work across from my home. Clay cement dust oily dirt. After my Ultra HD wash my car was gleaming.
