Confusing advertising .
First time trying impact particles , product looks good but not used it yet . I was a bit confused by the offer I applied for as it said 20kg post free . There was a drop down menu offering different mixes , I chose tigers, maize and hemp but only received 10kg , looking back 20kg was just for maize. I found the site ambiguous.

Particle may need freezing immediately as they arrived really warm so don’t know how long they been unfrozen for.
Some particles were still frozen and the other 2 boxes were really hot.
Several packages were burst open.
If they last 4-5 days before they need to be frozen then how long have the ones that were really hot not been frozen for?????

Poor customer services
Had gift vouchers from before the company was taken over by impact. Questioned at the time if the vouchers would still be valid and was told ‘nothing will change in regards that’, tried to use my vouchers to now be told that even though they had no expiry date, the vouchers expired!
Not happy being lied to.
