Zipper broken, unexpected tariff payment, and unresponsive customer service
I followed the care instructions exactly—washing it inside out with the zipper fully closed—but the zipper immediately failed in the wash, pulling out two teeth. This is unacceptable for a brand and product marketed as high-quality. I’ve never experienced a jacket being damaged in this way under normal care. To make matters worse, there was no notice of tariffs at the time of purchase, and I ended up paying UPS $149.29. The combination of a defective product and unanticipated fees has made this purchase extremely frustrating.
When I contacted customer service, they asked for some photos. After providing a couple, I've yet to hear back.

The product was exactly what I was looking for and it was perfect. My only issue was the price and shipping. The price of the item was $45, I paid over $50 for shipping and then had to pay $65 is tariff fees through UPS. I will not be shopping here again just because of the additional fees alone.

Impericon has sent me a sweatshirt but in the wrong color and with a damaged print.
Moreover, they do not answer my support ticket I have opened 3 weeks ago.
