I am fed up with using the Impericon…

I am fed up with using the Impericon website. The products take a long time to load and the order tracking doesn't show up properly. It's also a hassle to contact customer service. A fairly disappointing experience.

False advertising

Bit on the fence with this company. Only used them once, I got my order but didn’t look like how it does on website. I ordered a hoody that had designs on the back, arms and front. On the photos the designs are large, back one pretty much fit the whole back, arms were full length and front was quite big also. Got the hoody, it had no pocket on the front, design on back was smaller than expected and the designs on arms were absolutely tiny. They just about covered the elbow area rather than full length of arms. Front design was fine and the right size but the rest was very disappointing. Sent back for a refund, now just waiting on that.

Just So Disappointed

I made my order in March 19th 2025, no order received for a month, two, so I wrote to them with a question what's going on. Answer with a link to another order sent to me in April and that's it, case closed on their side. Few months went by and I wrote few more messages, no response at all. Finally yesterday, after yet another message (November 24th) I get an answer that my order was refunded on September 19th (coincidentally exactly to the day 6 month after I've paid for the initial order) and guess what?! No money on my account too! And honestly I don't care anymore to (probably) message them for another few months to get this sorted out. I've ordered a lot of merch from them (about 12 orders till the completely botched one) and was usually quite happy about it but when they go down, it's in zeppelin style. Right now I just rather pay customs from US (which I do from time to time) then send them my money.

Awful service. Do not buy from them!

I reached out to their customer service twice, first to ask when was my order going to be shipped since a couple weeks passed after placing it and no updates were given; then after my order arrived and the fit of two of the t-shirts I ordered was significantly different (smaller) than the other two shirts in the order, which were true to size (the four t-shirts were ordered in the same size). Both of the times I didn't hear a single word from them, only got an auto-response email that a ticket in their support system was created and that was it. I'm very dissatisfied and do not recommend purchasing from them.

Fraudulent Preorders

I had to report the company to insolvency. I preordered an item with them and it’s been delayed twice despite the manufacturer fulfilling. I’ve made attempts for almost a month to contact impericon, but they’ve ignored me entirely. Don’t give them money; they’re a complete scam.

3 weeks later finally recieved items. Sadly a waste of a website. First purchase and last purchase. After trying to contact them multiple times with issues you will get no responce. Quick enough to take your money and absolutely appalling customer service and satisfaction. Buy at your oen risk with this site

Ordered an item as a gift with plenty of time in advance… no emails to say it had been despatched after a week so I emailed the company just wondering if it was out of stock or there was an issue etc. Never received a reply from them, but did get an email a few days later saying it had been sent (maybe I was forgotten about?). It’s been well over another week later, the Impericon website ‘cannot find my order’, but if I go direct to their courier and use the tracking number, it shows the parcel has been sitting (and still is) in Germany (I’m in the UK) Considering the high price of shipping & the website saying it takes between 4-8 days to be delivered, it seems pretty poor. Received an email today prompting me to rate my experience and my item, but since I still don’t have it I can’t. Review would be better even if I received some kind of email or apology from the company, but since communication is so poor unfortunately 1* for now…

Great website, great service

Wonderful website with a large collection of music merchandise, there really is something for everyone. It's easy to navigate and they have some unique styles and designs you probably won't find on the high street or in physical stores. Highly recommended and considering it's overseas shipping it still arrived within a month, which is great news! Thank you very much.

Experience not to be repeated. I gave confidence by making an order of some records. after that I wanted to add another one since the shipment was not even prepared, and they told me that I could not do it so I made another order paying double shipping costs. an order placed on October 23 arrived with difficulty on November 12 taking almost 3 weeks.. only for records... not even from China the goods take so long, and we are talking about a shipment Germany(?)- Italy. entrusted to Spring (?) Which then sorts on the magic bartolini (dpd) that obviously pretend to deliver (as usual) and do not deliver and I had to go to pick it up at a stop point that I had not requested (I paid for home delivery) obviously I complained with bartolini but I don't even answer.(it's common in my country with this courier) moving on to the other shipment (and who saw it?) Made on October 27th it never arrived.
I paste the tracking because it's another magical shipment from bartolini. I made the order on October 27, on November 5 it arrived somewhere in Italy, I get the email that they would have delivered the same day, then after 2 hours I get another email that the package could not be delivered. so I went to the warehouse and they told me that the shipment was lost and sent to another warehouse. so I wrote to impericon asking for a refund THEY NEVER ANSWERED ME. not even with an explanation or a sorry. what rude people. I wait for November 11 I go back to the warehouse and they tell me that the shipment was there at their headquarters, but that they could not deliver it to me and it had to be sent back to the sender (but how? Why?) . so I tried to reconcile on PayPal asking for a refund. NO response. So I opened a complaint on PayPal. as today, no response. what an amazing service! golden globe of reliability.
we talk about a low amount, PayPal should refund me automatically if these kind gentlemen do not answer, but in my opinion they are waiting for the return of the shipment, which is not a return, because I have never touched it and I have never said I do not want it. so they owe me an immediate refund without problems. if only they dare to refund me the content and not the shipment I will write to them with a lawyer. we talk about 15,98 euro for a 1 record. what a shame. it is a matter of principle. I have had the worst e-commerce experience ever. endless shipping, total lack of communication, problems with the shipment and problems with the refund.
Impericon made me stressed, waste time up and down from the deposit, mail stop point, writing email to ghosts, writing to paypal, for nothing. but... look I'm going back to buy on amazon in a hurry and right away! Goodbye Impericon, you won't see even 1 euro from me as long as I live.

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service. Two months after ordering and haven't received my product. Absolutely no way of contacting them on the website. Customer service email or number, no means of making complaints or getting any response from the company. Tracking info says my parcel has been stuck in their parcel centre for months. Do not use. Do not trust them.

They didn’t send tracking number after payment.

I ordered a jacket from Impericon. I paid with Klarna which method pay in 3. Klarna charged first payment but Impericon didn’t send a message or mail to me. It is very strange and annoying that they do not send messages or emails even though the payment has been received. I am really not satisfied with the service I received and I want to cancel it but I can't return it because I don't have any order number! This is the second issue I've had with Impericon. It's really annoying!

Youll get nothing and it will be your fault.

The item never came and nobody has done anything about it, UPS sent a refund and as far as im aware nobody here seems to care and just used me to double their cash. Im sitting here out money on an item that never came and all customer service has done is blame me for not paying a fee (which i paid and have a reciept for) and ignore me on other channels. Would never order again at this point. Have 0 hope this ever gets resolved and it does not seem to be an uncommon thing. Will post this everywhere until somebody gives me answers. Thanks for one of the worst purchasing and customer service experiences of my recent memory. Do better.
