Good support but I'm waiting for a resolution
I'm experiencing delays with delivery of a product I ordered on 22-Jan. The chat service has suggested me to write a mail because the operator cannot access order data. The mail has been forwarded to the delivery department so I am still waiting for the prodcut to be delivered. Anyway they seem responsive so I hope my problem will be promptly solved .

Je les retourne ce jour pour avoir des cartouche HP 78 et 15.
Dans l'attente soi d'un remboursement ou les vrai HP 78 couleur et 15 noir.
J'espère avoir une réponse de leur part!!!
