Great support from In2net for my domain transfer

I had a great experience with In2net while handling my recent domain transfer request. My domain was about to expire, and I wanted to move it to another registrar. However, I couldn't remember where I had originally registered it. The new registrar checked and found that In2net was my current registrar.

When I reached out to In2net, Bob from their support team was very helpful. He explained that while In2net was my domain registrar, the domain had initially been registered through their reseller, Doteasy. Since In2net didn't have my account details, Bob provided Doteasy's contact info, saving me time.

Thanks to his help, I quickly reached out to Doteasy, retrieved my login details, got the AUTH code, and completed the transfer smoothly. I appreciate In2net's excellent support, especially Bob's friendly and efficient assistance!
