Very Disappointing Experience

Very Disappointing Experience – I Deeply Regret Choosing This Clinic

I’m glad I didn’t leave a review immediately after my treatment, as my experience has become increasingly disappointing over time.

I contacted Inahealth hoping to straighten my upper teeth, which are shifted to one side and not centred due to a tooth extracted during childhood. During a video consultation, Bina assured me they could help.

At the clinic, I was told I needed two crowns on my back teeth before Invisalign treatment. Each crown cost £1,200, bringing the total treatment cost to over £5,000.

Only AFTER arranging finance was I told they couldn’t achieve the centred smile I originally wanted, only a slight improvement. Feeling financially committed, I continued.

I wore Invisalign for approximately eight months. They also filed between my teeth to create space. After treatment, I was told to wear retainers at night for two years and that afterwards they wouldn’t be necessary. Unfortunately, my teeth have now shifted almost back to their original positions.

The worst part came later. One Friday evening, I developed severe pain in a tooth with one of their £1,200 crowns. By Saturday night, I was in unbearable pain and had to visit an emergency dentist at 11 pm. An X-ray revealed a root infection, and the entire tooth, including the crown, had to be extracted. This cost me another £356.

What concerns me is that Inahealth originally told me this tooth was dead and its roots had been removed. I now seriously question whether it was properly assessed before fitting such an expensive crown.

The gaps created between my teeth were also never fully corrected. Food constantly gets trapped, I have to carry interdental brushes everywhere, and I have started developing cavities in some areas.

After spending over £5,000, I’m left with teeth that have almost returned to their original positions, unwanted gaps, additional dental problems and a missing molar.

I trusted this clinic with my dental health and my money. Instead, I feel that financial gain was prioritised over my long-term dental health.

I deeply regret choosing Inahealth and would not recommend this clinic based on my experience. Please seek a second opinion before committing to expensive treatment or signing any finance agreement.
