I was recommended to visit In Car Bradford after the infotainment system in my Audi Q3 stopped working following a failed attempt to fix it myself. From the very beginning, the service I received was nothing short of outstanding. Harvard, who truly is a credit to the company, sourced a replacement unit, reprogrammed it to my car, and had everything working flawlessly.

What really stood out was his professionalism and compassion. Understanding that I had travelled all the way from the north of Scotland, he went above and beyond to make the process as stress-free as possible. He kindly allowed me to leave my car at the workshop while I was on holiday, carried out the repair during my absence, and even stayed late after hours on a Friday so I could collect my car—something very few businesses would do.

The pricing for both parts and labour was extremely fair, and the peace of mind of a 12-month warranty was a fantastic bonus. The team at In Car Bradford are not only highly skilled but also genuinely friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.

I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone experiencing issues with their stereo or infotainment system, or even just considering an upgrade. Companies like this are rare, and I couldn’t be more impressed.

Harvard was 100% totally brilliant today after fitting a Pioneer unit to my wife's CC-3. Seriously amazing ! These guys are THE ones to go to for anything related to in car systems. I would quite happily drive 100 miles to let them work on my car. THE BEST ! A huge thanks Harvard

We required an upgrade of a dated car audio system. Harvard was most helpful, very knowledgeable on the products, and advised us of the options available and the costs. Despite already being very busy, Harvard managed to schedule the installation in very quickly for us, which was much appreciated.

There are no words to describe the splendid experience I have had with this company.
I have had a problem with my audi deck unit and all the places I went to either ripped me off or fobbed me off with taking the money.
Finally I was recommended by nasar to go to in car emporium where I met a very genuine, kind hearted very polite gentleman HARWOOD who was softly spoken and very helpful to help me all the way threw. I would recommend this company and the service to every one.
The owners looks after every customer.

As title. Check the contents of any bagged items you get from these. I had a 3.5mm jack to rca cable missing.
Partly my fault for not checking when I bought a head unit and wiring for steering wheel controls and parking sensor last year. Only just got round to fitting it.
When I called them the guy said anything could have happened since then. WHAT? I'VE JUST OPENED THE BAGS.
I just took the hit and bought a new cable. Only seven quid, so not worth arguing over. Glad it wasn't an expensive bit.
Hope this works as described. It's plug and play but there are female bullet connectors which "are for different models" he said.
Instructions weren't clear either (except to show me they'd left a cable out)😀

I bought a cd-radio sold as suitable for my car. On receipt not only did the unit not work, but in order for it to work with the cars' remote control arm I needed to pay a further £35. I returned the goods for a refund, but despite repeated emails, have heard nothing!
