ICS installed a Blind Spot Monitor and Front Parking Sensors on my wife’s RR Velar. Around 14 months after the installation, the parking sensor switch stopped working. Mohammed diagnosed the issue immediately, replaced the switch within 30 minutes, and despite it being out of warranty, he refused to take any payment.
From the original installation to the remedial fix, Mohammed and his team have been outstanding — professional, efficient, and genuinely customer‑focused.
Highly recommended.

I had an Apple CarPlay upgrade added to my Volvo around a month ago by these guys and it is superb! No idea how I managed without it. The service was brilliant and when I had an issue with the screen fading, they came to my workplace and picked up my car and returned it within a few hours with the issue all fixed. Unfortunately during the initial fit, a scratch was on the screen which wasn't there before. I truly cannot fault this team, they replaced my screen for me with a new one, and it now looks as good as new! If I could award 6 stars I would! I cannot praise this company and their customer care enough! AWESOME!!

Bought a soundstream amp and and subwoofer off this company and when it turned out faulty they did not help. They had it for 3 months arguing with the manufacturer. Avoid at all costs. It was 1000% this company despite what nonsense they will come back with.

I was required to to install CAT5 Insurance approved trackers in all of my cars by my Insurance company. I contacted these guys who were very helpful from the start. Once booked in, they professionally installed the Ghost Immobiliser and CAT 5 Thatcham trackers in all of my cars. The service after the job was done was really good. They talked me through everything they installed and gave me a full overview of how everything works. Thank you guys, will be back soon for my new RR coming in October!
