This website is not the original anymore, I used to order twice a month and got it delivered within two days, I placed an order the other day, and they literally scammed me! They actually called me from this number (323) 763-1670 which turns out to be a Google number! That’s why they only accept bitcoin because cash app blocked them!!!

This site and insensehigh.com are one of the same. They both got me for hundreds of dollars. And then I told em I wanted a refund and they wanted to talk shit to me

Well let's see. I still haven't gotten my order. I paid for it. I paid $180 first time and then was told to send another hundred because I sent it to the wrong Bitcoin address. Still I've never received the product and never was compensated for anything. I can't even get an email back from anybody. Their support staff

Yes these people hacked into incense high they are a scam now I've been ordering from them for 5yrs my last order was in February 2025. But now it's not the same be careful people don't lose your money

do not buy from this place. I used to buy from this legitate site but it looks like this is a fake one trying to be the real one. These two are literally idential. Incensehigh and Insenseshigh… both are scammers. I dont know what happened to the real one.. I had an account with them and bought from them years ago so when i logged in and dont see any orders on my historythat should;ve alrady been a red flag.
but I placed an order, i paid and they claimed they cant access the money and ask me to call my bank to report them. I can’t bc it was apple pay. then i contacted another person, they claim to be from customer service and can get the order out today, i paid another 200 but later they said they need shipping insurance which is like 150.. it makes no sense.. theyre in Santa Cruz, CA and I’m also in CA why does it needs to go through customs….
Long story short, the legitate one is based off LA and uses USPS for shipping. I dont know what happened to the real one. this is a fake one. DO not use them. Look else where.
Update: Incensehigh2, Insensehigh, incenceshigh. These are all run by the same ppl so it is. a scam.

I don't know what happened to the actual website but I just found out that it's a dupe website claiming to be them and I got scammed. Smh now they're giving me the run around saying they got my payment but they can't take it off their cashapp like that has anything to do with me I'm pissed

This site is a rip off scam! I ordered 10 papers and they required a $215 “deposit” that would be refunded once I show proof of delivery. I never got my paper or any refund. There is another site that is reliable. I recommend you use them instead.

GUYS THE REAL SITE DOESNT WORK I PAYED $200 before I realized someone made a sight that is identical to the original site but it’s spelt Insense instead of incense I just lost 200 idk what happened to the original site but I’m so mad because the real site was good idk where to go know this sucks

I have ordered from them multiple times with no issues. I have always used Cash App. The one time I decide to take a risk and use Cash I feel as if I got over-looked and slightly ripped off. I know things take time, Especially with mail , but at least an email for communication can go A LONG WAY. At least for me it would have put my heart at ease. I made an order 03.02.2025 and it is now 03.10.2025. I have emailed you asking if I did everything right. No response. I would not have mind if you said "yes, it is just going to take time to process" because I did pay with cash. However, I received NO RESPONSE , NO TRACKING , NO ASSISTANCE, NO REFUND. I am very disheartened because I am rooting for this company. I also referred people to this site. All to be disregarded at the end. I would've accepted some type of communication. As far as, "we received your cash" , "we have yet to receive your cash" , "we got shut down" SOMETHING. I am still praying for you to at least send the cash back. I would rather have the product but at the very minimum please at the very least return the money. Please if you see this return the money. Or at least respond to me or send the product OR GIVE ME AN UPDATE PLEASE. I sent my last to invest. I am praying you all are legit and good folk and realize that maybe you have missed my order and decide to make good on the order. Signed, a concerned , loyal customer. I would give it zero stars. It doesn’t even deserve one star I complained about the first order so they sent me another order of the same crap literally stay away from this company. It is a scam.

My wife and I have ordered thousands worth of their product. It was very good, but since they have expanded there product line they have made there product very weak. We first ordered Diablo (trash) so I read the reviews on brainfreeze which people said was the best. Got it and it was trash. Minimal effects. So my wife complained to them, nothing, no response. It's supposed to be satisfaction guaranteed. I guess that's a lie because nobody has contacted us. I even offered to mail their trash back to them. No response. If u want to get screwed over order away. You might as well smoke some hay and hold your breath. Because that's about the effect of it all.

Only giving 1 star because I had to. Got crap don't waste your money. I'm still looking for legit!
