Scammers

They need to explain the business properly. I just lost a thousand dollars, not counting the points I couldn't use in the end... dishonest scammers.

SCAM, do not sign up

I should probably start by saying that this company is a pyramid scheme. They hire representatives, who work on commission and bring clients in. Once they grow their portfolio to a decent size, they hire new representatives, who also bring clients, get commission and their "hiring" representative gets a chunk of profit as well. I feel I had to explain this first for you to understand where the positive reviews are coming from - most of them are written by their representatives, who get commission and free trips from this company.
This company is a scam of the century and should be shut down, I cannot belive no one tried to sue them yet.

You pay a certain fee (€100 per month) and accumulate points (when you pay a €100, you get another €100 worth on top in points). You can then use those points towards booking a cruise, however you can only pay half of the cost in the points value, and half in cash/bank transfer. Essentially what you get is a 25% "discount". Sounds great, until you realise that you cannot stop paying them monthly until you actually go on your cruise (meaning you continue to accumulate money on your account) and, if one day you decide to leave the company/close your account, you cannot withdraw the money you have already paid in. My parents have over €6,000 of actual money (excluding points) on their account and they were told that they cannot withdraw it. I still cannot believe this is happening in 2025 and companies like this are allowed to operate. Their customer service is an absolute joke too, they never reply, and even when/if they do, they are as useful as a bike to a fish.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! It is much cheaper and safer

Long time member cancelled 3k stolen

Long time member. Almost 6 years!
Their terms and website change constantly. A major part of their scam. If you do not constantly keep up with the exactness and fine print they will take all of your money.
For the first 4 years I only had to pay $100 every 3 months. Now $100 every month.
Did not want to do it but did since January and missed one payment. Autopay did not work and I got a notification, tried to pay and saw they sent the notification after the account closed.
LATE BY 44 MINUTES!!! and my account is cancelled; 3k gone. 44 min late. I was even told if I was seconds late. $3000 dollars gone. AND WILL NEVER BE RETURNED.
Autopay did not work because my credit card was expired, but they had the expiration date. Tried to pay at 10:44AM my time, but they use UTC time zone to further confuse. The invoice and account are cancelled and I assume they throw a party when they steel your money. I understand taking my reward money but straight steeling $3k; these are pirates.
I’ve never used MLM pyramid before and never again.
I am looking into a class action and will post here if I can find any lawyers to take the case.

I strongly urge people to avoid this…

I strongly urge people to avoid this company at all costs. In my personal experience, inCruises operates in a way that resembles a financial pyramid rather than a genuine travel business. The main focus is on recruiting new members, not on providing real value or sustainable services. Earnings depend heavily on bringing in others, which creates an unstable and risky structure for participants. Many people end up losing their money, while only those at the top benefit. Their practices feel misleading and exploitative, with promises that rarely match reality. This is not a safe or ethical opportunity. Protect yourself and your finances.

This company terminated many member…

This company terminated many member accounts without any proper explanation or warning. They simply decided to delete people who had worked hard for years building their teams and saving their cruise points. All the accumulated points and monthly commissions were taken away instantly, with no option to appeal or recover them. It feels like theft. People trusted this company, invested their time and money, and were left with nothing. There was no transparency, no communication — just a sudden removal. This is not how a serious business should treat loyal partners. I strongly advise others to stay away. Totally unfair and unprofessional.

Thought we asked all the questions.

While I don’t 100% regret having been an InCruises member, I would never recommend this to a friend or family member, and have terminated my membership. Here’s why.

Had it not been for InCruises, I probably would not have been on a cruise this year. The idea that you have to contribute monthly, and that you cannot use the money for anything else, worked, and helped my booked my first cruise. But unfortunately, they were not very transparent, and what they don’t say, lead me to discontinue my membership. Here is the truth:
Yes you are able to use 100% of your points after 24 months, but you can only pay for 50% of the price of the cruise. The other 50% must be paid out of pocket, thus making this only a 25% savings, not a 2-1 as they sell it to be.
You will not be able to prepay or reserve any excursions, specialty restaurants, drinks, WiFi, or any other add on that would be cheaper if paid before you cruise. You will only be able to pay and reserve once on the cruise, which aside from the lost savings, will limit you on things no longer available to reserve.
You must continue to pay your monthly contribution, until you board, even if you don’t plan to cruise again. That means you will pay for at least 3 months of member dues that you will never use. And it gets worse…
After my membership cancelation, and having paid at least $800 more than I ever used not counting their point match (double points would be $1600). InCruises $0 out my account, and the money is nowhere to be found.
Not bad enough, both my wife and myself had memberships. We both paid money to nothing after booking, and both seem to have lost hundreds of dollars.

Ignored

Ignored, blocked, and no access to my money
I joined InCruises based on a representative’s promise of $100 every 3 months and bonus cruise dollars. Without warning, the rules changed to monthly payments, which didn’t work for us. We stopped paying, thinking we’d lose only bonuses.
Now I can’t use my own funds — only about 17% of the balance is available. I emailed support in Russian (twice), in English, and also contacted them on Facebook. They replied on Facebook saying they would help — then blocked me and never followed up.
This is dishonest and unacceptable. If I don’t get a real answer soon, I will file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre and the FTC.

I do not recommend this company. I lost 4400 of points, after 2 years of paying i thought i would have enough for even 2 cruises but they just let you use a small percentage, so basically you cannot even use the money you deposited

inCruises - well, it might not be a scam but be careful

Polish UOKIK it is a government institution that keep an eye on Companies to do not allow them to scam oridinary people and they have done a report - 26549 this is its number. They found some issues with Incruises.
This is WARNING for customers provided by polish institution - You can find it on the intwernet and translate it using google translator. It states inCruises it may be a ponzi scheme. it consists in the fact that everyone pays a significant and fixed monthly fee, your money is exchanged for so-called: cruise dollars, the company Incruises adds the same amount that the customer pays so it sounds encouraging, with a $100 fee after a year you have *2400 cruise dollars for which you can buy a really beautiful trip BUT NOTE: YOU CAN ONLY PAY HALF OF THE TRIP WITH THESE CRUISE DOLLARS, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE OTHER HALF WITH YOUR OWN FUNDS. The strange thing is that the prices of the trips are "secret" i.e. you can only find out about them after joining the club. Another thing is referrals: if you refer three people who join the club and pay their subscriptions, you no longer have to pay $100 and the company pays it "for you" and additionally you receive another *100 cruise dollars - sounds great.. My rating is low, I was thinking about one or two stars but at the moment I think it would be quite unfair - this rating is to make you aware of certain threats, such as: what if more people suddenly start ordering trips? This could cause a sudden outflow of capital from the Company and I am already reading opinions that trips are inactive, which means that they cannot be purchased. Well - there are also those who stop paying for various reasons and those DO NOT RETURN THE MONEY, which is basically obvious - this money can only be used for a trip, which means that you have to pay continuously. If you stop paying, after two or three months you lose what the company "gave" you, these additional cruise dollars. The idea is generally worth considering, but if the company built capital on goods and not on "subscriptions" then it would be, simply, serious. It is also worth considering where the "wealth" of people who encourage us, potential customers, to join the club comes from - it is not the Company that pays them, but new customers.
Addidtionally: if You pays $100 per month, so You will get $1200 after 12 months and additional $1200 from company but if You choose Your trip costs $2400, You still have to pay $1200 from Your own money so $2400 in total and additional $1200 of Cruise Dollars lasts for another "adventure" and Yes, it is encouraging but with $2400 You might get nice adventure with any other Provider. Well, consider that please.

I am deeply disappointed with…

I am deeply disappointed with InCruises. I mistakenly selected the wrong cruise date (Nov 1 instead of Nov 2, 2025). I reached out to both InCruises and MSC Cruises (the cruise provider).

MSC Cruises confirmed through both their U.S. and Canadian offices that they are willing to change my cruise date — but the change must go through InCruises.

Despite this, InCruises refused to help, ignored my emails, and did not contact MSC as requested. I am the paying customer, I am willing to pay for the change — yet InCruises is standing in the way of a solution.

Terrible experience with InCruises – the worst cruise company in the world

I had an absolutely awful experience with InCruises. I booked a cruise with them and also paid for their protection insurance, thinking I would be covered in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, a serious family and personal emergency came up, and when I reached out to request a refund, they refused to help me at all.

Even with the protection plan, they told me my money was non-refundable and kept $2,500 USD. They offered no solutions, no assistance, and showed zero empathy for my situation. Their response was cold, careless, and completely unacceptable.

I don’t recommend this company to anyone. It’s a scam wrapped in fancy marketing. They don’t respect their customers or the policies they sell. InCruises is hands down the worst cruise company in the world. Be very careful before you give them your money—if anything goes wrong, they’ll just keep it and leave you with nothing.

Disappointing Experience with Refund Request and Customer Support

I submitted a written cancellation of my inCruises membership on May 5, 2025, and requested a refund of my most recent payment — well within the 14-day cancellation period as outlined by EU consumer protection laws.

However, I received no reaction or acknowledgment from the company regarding my cancellation request. The 14-day period has now passed, and the refund was not processed — the payment was simply retained. This constitutes a clear violation of EU law.

While I was generally informed about the membership, I was not clearly made aware that only 50% of my reward points could be used — a key limitation that significantly affects the value of the membership. Given that I already receive comparable or better travel discounts through my business travel agency, the membership offers no real benefit for me.

I find it disappointing that my legal right to a timely refund has been disregarded. The way my case was handled left me questioning the company’s approach to customer service and consumer rights.

I recommend that future customers carefully assess whether this model suits their needs — and I sincerely hope inCruises reconsiders how it handles such cases and begins to comply fully with EU consumer protections.

This company isn’t an obvious scam

This company isn’t an obvious scam, but rather a subtle and sophisticated one that’s hard to recognize at first. They take your money and continuously change the rules—how much and how often you need to pay, how many bonuses you’re allowed to use, and more.
When you try to book a cruise, the cruises are either canceled or unavailable, making it nearly impossible to actually use your funds. I was a member for over 8 years and only managed to book one cruise. I now have $3,000 stuck in their system that I will never be able to return.
The rules you see today may not be the ones you face tomorrow. Unlike booking directly with a cruise line, where canceled cruises might come with some flight reimbursement, this company offers no such support.
I cannot recommend them to anyone. It may not be a obvious scam, but it certainly feels like a carefully designed one.
