Are You Riding inCruises? Discover the Journey!

I started my journey with incruises as a member, saving money to enjoy my cruises. Two years later, I shared this opportunity with friends and family, and it turned into a way to earn additional income. Think about it—no restaurant gives you a free drink or meal just for referring someone. But with InCruises , we are rewarded for inviting others to this incredible club that not only helps us save money but also gives people the chance to build their own business and embrace an entrepreneurial lifestyle.

As an esthetician, I’ve always loved helping others, and inCruises has given me a new way to do that. This opportunity has allowed me to travel for free and create an extra source of income, showing others that they, too, can achieve their dreams. I’m so grateful for what InCruises has brought into my life—it’s truly empowering. I love it 🥰

Program started great, now it’s a SCAM!

TLDR: Please learn from my mistake of trusting this company! DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITH THEM. They rope you in and make it nearly impossible to get out of the program without losing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.

I have been a member of this group since 2016 and when I started, this was a great program. After 5 years I had worked up to being able to use 100% of my cruise balance to pay for a cruise. The only draw back was that I had to book the cruise 90 days out or more, which I had to get used to, but made it work. The reviews saying this company has changed it’s policies numerous times is absolutely true. They have COMPLETELY changed the program at least 3 times since I’ve been a member stating that they were “making it better,” but I definitely disagree. I went from being able to use 100% of my balance to only able to use 50% of my balance and being able to book multiple cruises to only being able to book once cruise at a time. I think once lots of people got to the 5 year mark and were able to use 100% of their balance to book more than one cruise, they had to change the program for the company’s benefit, NOT the members.

I have been set up on automatic payments pretty much the entire time I’ve been a member, but somehow earlier this year, my automatic payments stopped (not because anything was wrong w my card and it wasn’t expired). Since it’s been automatic for the past 8 years, I didn’t worry about it. When I noticed it, I reactivated my account by paying the invoice manually and deleted my card then re-entered the exact same card, for automatic payments because I realized something must have been wrong with their system. Well, now that it failed to deduct my automatic payments for over 3 months before I noticed, my account went inactive and it deducted over $5000 of cruise dollars from my account and I am left w only what I’ve paid in, which is still over $8200. It sucks but would be okay if I could actually use it, but I can’t even use ANY of that unless my account goes inactive again, which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I have to stop paying in if I want to use my rewards. More than that, even if I go inactive again and have access to those rewards, I can only use up to 17% of the rewards towards a cruise, which totally sucks since that money is only what I’ve paid in. It doesn’t include any 2 for 1 dollars anymore.

I am so angry about this. The company does not care about members who have been LOYAL to them for over 8 years!! They change the rules whenever they want only to benefit the company, not the member.

Obviously, I found value in what they originally offered which is why I was a member so long. I didn’t like the changes they first made, but had too much invested to walk away so I continued paying in and trying to use it. I feel like they should grandfather in those members who have been there from early on, to what they originally signed up for. The program is totally different and absolutely NOT what I signed up for!

At this point, I would have been much better off to just put $100 in a bank account every month over the years since they have taken away all of my benefits with no way to reinstate my balance because of an issue on their end. It’s ridiculous.

I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO BUY IN TO THIS!

Bait and Switch - Volatile Policy Changes

For 18 months, I have paid $100 towards my membership to inCruises. My sponsor told me and showed me on the inCruises website that I could be refunded the full amount we put in if we were ever dissatisfied.

It turns out that inCruises changes its policies without notice and as it sees fit to ensure you never get your money back. Also, they have a 'price match' guarantee which is pure robbery. A typical cruise is priced at a per-occupant rate, but they sell it to you at an inflated price and on a per-room basis. There is never a comparison they have to honor.

Do you see the bait and switch?

Now I'm stuck with 1800 points that I can use no more than 20% per reservation on a hotel room. My advice is to open a high-yield savings account and consider that your travel bucket.

3.0 massive disappointment

Been part of InCruises for over 2 years now, just as a member. I had enjoyed every moment up until 3.0 version of it. As a single person, was a joy to be able to save a bit through the year and pay the rest of it when I was booking the cruise. This new version of it, won’t give me any benefits, just forcing me to pay monthly and have points that won't be able to use in a lifetime, if I’ll go on a sigle cruise per year. Massively Disappointed.

I would love to be able and get the rest of my money back, as this change is not what I signed in for.

All my expectations were blown with this new version.

It’s now the 4th day that I’ve been…

It’s now the 4th day that I’ve been pleading with Incruises to cancel my parent's booking and refund the money due to my father's hospitalization. We paid over $5,000, we’re even willing to accept a partial refund. Yet, they’re refusing, claiming we didn’t insure our trip. Come on, Incruises, we paid $5,000 — what kind of insurance are you talking about?

To anyone thinking about joining Incruises, my honest advice: Don't do it. They are nothing but FRAUDsters, and they do not care about their customers. Even if you face a medical emergency like we did, they will not refund you a single cent and will basically STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I work in this business and it seemed very good to me, and this is not a scam, gentlemen, and it is not a pyramid scheme. Before giving a comment, we must investigate the terms very well to know what the business is about.

Don't Join if you are thinking about it

Don't join this company, it's a trap. We (my partner, my sister) paid them for 1 year. We then tried to book a trip, unfortunately couldn't find any available for the next few months. There are cruises but in all countries far from you. So if I want to book 1 year in advance then I have to continue paying as a member until the date I book, otherwise you can't get your money back. You only get 1-1, when you ask for 1-1 they don't pay you much, I think that amount is not enough to pay taxes and fees.
DON'T BE DECEIVED BY THEM. SAVE MONEY TO BUY OR CHOOSE ANY DATES OR TRIPS YOU WANT. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO SAVE OR MAKE MONEY. THIS IS A LIE TO LURE PEOPLE INTO A TRAP.

Hello friend, once a booking is confirmed, the Member must remain as an active paying Member through the embarkation process of the cruise for which Reward Points were used to book. If a Member fails to make Monthly Membership payments after booking the cruise and before embarkation, and consequently their account goes into a pending or an inactive status, inCruises has the right to cancel the cruise, and reimburse/refund all Reward Points and payments made for the booking. If you have any further concerns you may reach out to our Support Team via the "Get Help" button on your inCruises account. Thank you.

Booking a cruise with Incruises

I have been a member of Incruises and paying 100$ each month for over 2 years... after paying regularly for 13 months and then suspending the payments, i have accumulated 1100$ which i cannot utilize (1 by 1). In the meantime i resumed paying regularly for 13 months and have accumuled 2600$ (2 by 1).
I tried booking a Cruise for a total amount of 2700$ and at the moment of booking, i am asked to pay a difference of 1600$ to book the cruise.
I have found offers on line for the same cruise starting around 1000$ for 2 people for 8 days.

Complete chaos in the club

I would like to first correct that the company was renamed inGroup International in 2023.
Afterwards, I want to share with you the mess that I discovered as a partner of the club. I really liked the club’s offer to travel and earn money! I registered in the club in September 2018.

I also encountered a very serious problem, which I was able to discover only after 4 years at the club.
Besides the fact that I was unlucky with a sponsor, and she is building a career for herself in all legal and illegal ways, by the way, she violate clauses 9, 14, 26 of the agreement, which I witnessed from an oral conversation with her. I learned that many partners do not pay taxes in their country. My opinion is that the company should conduct an audit of each partner from the beginning of his existence in the club, so that the partners provide confirmation of the declaration of their taxes in their country. And if a partner earns money and does not pay taxes, some measures must be taken.

The company has created a unique opportunity for partners above you to look for clients under your account, to steal them from established accounts and not be held responsible for this. All personal information is reviewed by sponsors, which includes all phone numbers, their first and last names, and home addresses. Within 5 years I signed 65 registered members under my account and most of them were re-signed to another accounts. I asked to be removed from my sponsor, since I knew about her illegal actions and earlier, my request was ignored.
Of course no compensations or members reinstatement were offered by the company.
It is impossible to prove anything. In fact, I worked for the company for 5 years for free, I don’t recommend anyone to join this organization, because no one there cares, no one follows those established laws! The top partners earn millions of dollars a year, and you will just be free workers, if you are lucky, for small benefits, which in my opinion are not worth spending so much of your personal energy.
