As a paying member of their monthly club membership, I expected a certain level of flexibility and understanding. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with their customer service team left me feeling undervalued and disheartened.
My issue arose when I attempted to add an additional passenger to my reservation for a balcony cabin. Initially, I had made the booking for three people, but circumstances changed, and I needed to add one more individual to the trip. I contacted Incruises, explaining the situation and expressing my willingness to pay any additional fees required to accommodate the extra passenger.
To my dismay, I was met with an inflexible response that left no room for negotiation. Despite my willingness to pay the necessary fees, Incruises firmly stuck to their rigid rules, stating that changes to reservations were not allowed once finalized. It's worth noting that the change I requested would not have caused any inconvenience or disruption to their operations or other customers.
As a loyal customer who has faithfully paid my monthly membership fees, I expected better treatment and a willingness to accommodate my reasonable request. However, Incruises demonstrated a lack of empathy, dismissing my plea for assistance and failing to understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
The essence of any service-based company is to prioritize customer needs and provide a positive experience. In this regard, Incruises fell far short of my expectations. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize rigid policies over customer satisfaction, especially when I was more than willing to pay any additional costs involved.
I hope that by sharing my disappointing experience, Incruises will take notice and rectify their customer service approach. I still believe in the potential of their services, but it is crucial for them to recognize the importance of flexibility and the value of customer relationships. I eagerly await their response and hope they will make amends by accommodating my additional passenger.
Overall, I advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with Incruises. Their inflexible policies and lackluster customer service overshadow the positive aspects of their offering, leaving a sour taste in the mouths of loyal members like myself.

I feel that my money was literally…
I feel that my money was literally stolen from me. They have AMEX on their site but when I tried to use AMEX it didn’t work and they then said that card won’t work. I cancelled my membership and they told me I could use my 1 for 1 points (money I personally put in for about a year), after 3 months. I then was told that whenever I book a cruise their system will only allow me to use a certain amount of points that THEY determine at the time of booking. It’s literally my money. Why can’t I use all of my own money in their account to book my own cruise? Absolute scam!!!

I'm talking about my marketing business we have over 1000 people who have been wronged by this company. they have no problem stealing your money from your wallet without your consent, I'm not talking about the monthly fee. I'm talking about them taking extra money from you for no apparent reason... among many other customer services fails.... and they also bumped the monthly Fee up! it's not worth it. PLEASE Save your money and GO else

This company is not trustworthy. You don't get to use all of your points at once. They make a big deal about their 2 for 1 points system, but they determine how many points you use per occurrence. They do not even tell you how they calculate the point you are allowed to use. Also, Do not waste your money. There are cruises out there that are way more affordable. As a partner member, their rules just recently change without any notification to me.

I have never been on cruises before, this type of vacation was not available due to the high price for my family, but in 4 years with inCruises I have been on six cruises and seen many countries and cities, and beautiful huge sea liners have become my number one quality and travel comfort. THIEVES. Say goodbye to your money if you give it to them.
They tell you they will match what you put into the account, but they don't let you use your own money! If you want to cruise, you can only use small portions of what is in your account and then you have to come out of pocket even though you have thousands of $$ dollars sitting in your account! I can't believe how they get away with this! Their mission is to create affordable cruising experiences. That is the biggest BS I have ever heard! THEY HOLD YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE. I have paid into this 3 years and accumulated $9,000 worth of cruise points (couldn't cruise during Covid). When I finally went to book a cruise. I was only allowed to use $1,200 of those $9,000 points, so I decided to book a second cruise six months later to use my remaining points and they only allowed me to use $52 from the remaining points. If I cancel my membership I lose the cruise I booked, which is three months away, so I have to pay them $300 more to keep the membership active until then, and then when the cruise is over I can cancel, but will leave all that money behind because you give them your hard earned money, and THEY DON'T LET YOU APPLY THE MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO BOOK A CRUISE. THEY ARE HOLDING MY MONEY HOSTAGE. They design it so you keep paying into it and have no choice but to walk away leaving your money behind, or continue to pay forever, never using up what you have saved up. THIEVES. NOTHING BUT THIEVES. I am never speaking to the friend who introduced me to this.
please review any MLM company before joining
I was approach to join this in a rush, the lady even went home in the night to collect my cash and enrolled me, if I had the chance to read the details and MAINLY, if I was explained better I would had had a moment to think, in the rush she missed to explain lots of things though.
1 I was enrolled as partner, I clearly explained the lady that I didn't know lots of people to enrol in the business but she kept saying that this was the best call to do, I should take it by then as things and offers were changing the next day, so she left with my money and I was enrolled.
2 After a year of $100 payments I didn't know that there was a members yearly membership to pay.
3 When trying to book a cruise, you can only use part of the points you have.
4 looking at the booking page, most of the cruises start abroad therefore those arrangements have to be made at separate cost.
5 the company gives 2x1 points but these can't be used after 2 years of being with the company, nevertheless, I am sure you won't be able to use all of those point in one booking, as I mentioned earlier when I tried to book with my own points and I wasn't able.
As i am not interested in team membership I asked for refund, little i know that there were 14 days for this to do so, I made two payments in april, I was wondering if the $100 suddenly become $95, I was ok, until this lady (the recruiter) asked me to pay an outstanding invoice left, to which I responded that I paid two, then she explained that what I paid was the membership, she then told me to contact them and as for refund but I surely wouldn't have it because there is only 14 days for this to happen, she also said that lots of people miss this as they didn't know, (I was wondering why an how) and yes, she was right, as much as I explained I wasn't given the refund, at some point I think they got tired of me and replied:

If I agree to that the $1200 I had paid in the past 12 months weren't coming to my bank account.
However as I mentioned earlier if the person that invites to join this company explains better without rushing people wouldn't have a bad experience as we will know from the beginning what we are signing for as when I joined i though it will be great saving for a holiday.
BYW this is not a moan, this is my experience and frustration, I hope it helps someone before joining this MLM company and do a little research.

On our page they offer us exactly the same benefits that the shipping companies offer directly. I hate this organization
I hate this organization. We've been with it for several years now and are finally able to take our first cruise. Although for 2 years because of covid - we couldn't use it - we STILL had to put money into it. Now we go to use it and the only thing we can book is the room - no extra stuff! This is such a rip off. I know we have put a lot of money into this account, but when we are done with our first cruise - we are done with this company. I am sooo disappointed!

STAY AWAY…It's not as perfect as they say!
I have been a partner and spared 2400$ (excluding "cruisedollars"). I stopped spare bcs we couldn’t use more than a third of the money spared, that's something they did not tell when they "recruited" me. So now I have that money accumulated and no way to use ot or get it back.This is a scam. All that hard working money is there and I can not use it to go on vacation with my fam. Please don't fall into this scam.
I'll check with the consumer council here in Norway to check what I should do here...
