Excellent website. I received the package for my first order about a week ago. It took almost a month (from the time I ordered) for it to arrive, but the shipping is free and there is no minimum order value. One product was defective, but the customer service people there at indeedbuy.com are really great and solved the problem in less than 2 days by returning the product's value as store credit after I had proven that the product was faulty.

Occasionally, we get some trouble due to postal inefficiency, but up do this day, indeedbuy has always reshipped or refunded me for any order that has gone astray.
