I've been buying from In Demand for a few years now and they're the best. Always sent my purchases on time, always packed neatly and securely, and always keep me up to date if there's any changes with release dates or other issues. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, clear pricing policy. Rapid delivery and great communication.
Even have a system to split preorders so if things arrive early part of your order can be sent.
Great to talk to at conventions too

I've ordered from In Demand on numerous occasions. They are extremely reliable and the service is always great. They also post items very quickly and package them carefully. I managed to pick up some Star Wars Black Series figures from them at great prices in their recent sale too! Recommended.

The team have always delivered on my pre orders and been great with their customer service and support. In Demand are my first port of call for any action figures and I even check there first if there’s something nerdy outside of the toy market in case they happen to carry that too. Customer service is always fantastic, their range is excellent as is the pricing in what can be an expensive hobby. Absolutely brilliant store: Highly Recommended!

I've been a customer for a while now and the people at ID Toys have always been amazing when it comes to getting stock and when it comes to customer service and care for products or refunds ect. The website is easy access and the team always keeps updates on socials for new stuff or when orders arrive. Genuinely fantastic overall and I'm glad that I'm able to get figures and other items otherwise not as easy to get from Hasbro or other places. So thank you all!

A fantastic company whether I’ve bought online or at MCM London. Always have received my preorders when they’ve come in to stock. Post really quickly as well. Whenever I’ve had a query I’ve had a response within 48 hours. Will always go to these guys for my Star Wars collectibles.

Takes your money, claims items are in stock, then doesn’t send them. No refund offered, promises delivery “next week,” and then stops responding altogether. I only received 50% of my order and all further correspondence was ignored. Would not recommend - completely unreliable service.
