Bumpy onboarding. KYC files could not be uploaded. Unclear why these documents are even requested given the company has all the information contained in the Singpass.

I have used the service for a time with…
I have used the service for a time with DCA. It had low trading fees but the withdrawal fees were a killer. I chose to remove my funds due to the lack of transparency on the bad reviews and blatant fake positive reviews

Useless Support
I can't login as I don't remember the postcode I setup on my account. I found there is no phone, email or chat support for those who can't login. After messing around for ages, I finally found somewhere I can sent a message on a webform and they say up to 24hr wait for a response. Pathetic!

On our website, under the “Help” section at the top, there’s a clearly marked “Contact Support” or “Trouble Logging In” option designed to assist users in situations like yours.
While our SLA (Service Level Agreement) is set at 24 hours, this does not mean you need to wait the full day. In most cases, our agents respond within the first few hours, sometimes even within minutes, to ensure users can regain access as quickly as possible.

I am not impressed so far. Customer Support has taken over a day to answer my request about verification. There are both negative and positive reviews about them here. I am not sure I will continue to use them.

xtremely Disappointed – Unjustified Account Actions and Withdrawal Delays
I had a very disappointing experience with Independent Reserve. My funds were held for an entire week when I tried to transfer to another account, without any clear explanation. Even standard withdrawals both crypto and bank transfers took over 4 hours to process, which is far below industry standards.
They requested my bank statement without a valid reason, despite all my previous verifications being completed. Eventually, they chose to close my account, seemingly to cover their tracks. This kind of behavior raises serious concerns about transparency and reliability.
I would caution others to think twice before using this platform. There are far better and more responsive exchanges out there.

Never any holdups in their service. This is a reliable and safe exchange that I have used since 2019 without any problems. I highly recommend this exchange to anyone wanting to buy Bitcoin or other crypto in small or large amounts with the lowest fees in Australia.
