I've checked pricing and fees across all the others and this one is the best. Support and service are also top notch.

Have requested to have funds wired from my IR account to my NZ bank account however the process has been delayed due to unspecified issues. I haven't been given a reason for the delay and am not impressed.

Problem with fiat deposit nzd money didn't go into account. Gave wrong particulars on transaction my fault but went to account given was unable to trace deposit through recommended nz account told to try and recover deposit through my bank account

I've been using Independent reserve since 2013 for countless trades, both large & small. Never had the slightest problem.
Fees very reasonable. Can't fault them. A very trustworthy exchange i.m.o.

I was able to deposit BTC, verify my wallet address, convert to SGD and a FAST withdrawal to my local bank in less than 2 days.

I had only a small amount invested in PMGT via independent reserve as a trial run, which was fortunate given how hard it was to retrieve my money. Admittedly, the first attempt failed because I still had an open order pending, but even after canceling the order I still required online support to fix it. Although I did retrieve my money and online support was reasonably swift, I must still give this a 1 star because during that period where I couldn’t withdraw, it was still a very scary and frustrating experience.

Wish I had came here earlier and read the negative reviews. The positive or good reviews are obviously fake reviews or paid reviews.

Avoid this company at all costs! This scammer site is run by crooks and your will face many problems withdrawing your assets. or your assets will be illegally retained by these crooks.

Worse service ever
These guys have wasted 24 hours of my time.
I bought bitcoin and tried to transfer it to my own wallet. They have put it on hold for over 24 hours.
They go backwards and forwards in their "support" app, asking if I am using other trading sites/brokers etc. NOT THEIR BUSINESS
Then they wanted to know what software wallet I was going to use. NOT THEIR BUSINESS
They want to KEEP my funds in their exchange so THEY get all the transaction fees, it seems! MUST BE THEIR BUSINESS MODEL
You would do well to find another exchange.

The team answers my questions quickly, even when I was wrongfully frustrated. They have helped me several times without question.

I am going through an unbelievably inefficient customer service write now. I requested a withdrawal of just 30 XRP tokens from Independent Reserve to Coinspot. This was a test withdrawal before making a larger withdrawal. I have been told that they will review my request before providing approval to move 30 XRP tokens. The review has been pending for the last seven hours. The service desk is claiming that they provide 24/7 support and do not close during holidays but it looks like that the service is in suspension even on a working day before the holidays. I need to get my tokens to Coinspot before 7AM tomorrow but it looks like that I am going to miss that deadline. It is important for me to move the XRP tokens to Coinspot for a snapshot of my holdings at 7AM to be eligible for an airdrop of Sologenic tokens. The only reason I need to move the tokens is that the Independent Reserve is not participating in the airdrop of Solo tokens.
Thankfully they acted after 12 hours and I was able to move the tokens within the deadline.

This exchange has very good support team and their response is very fast

Opened a Singapore based account.

Fee: Not the cheapest 0.5% trading fee. 0.55% deposit fee.
Web interface : Very basic interface. To withdraw crypt, I need to deposit some crypto to my wallet first before I can do the withdrawal as a form of security check. It is extra cost to me. Ridiculous.
Mobile app : Can't deposit fiat. Can't withdraw crypto (function not working yet). Just trading and check account.

I am nearly 60 and am not much of a computer / internet guy. I found Independent Reserve easy to understand and they made sure I didn't do anything silly by blocking some of my transactions until they double checked that it was me doing the trading and that the place I was dealing with was legit. I recommend I.R to any newbie like me.

As a small investor looking to take a step into the crypto sphere and not too sure where to start, the name that kept coming up was Independent Reserve. I have been with Independent Reserve for four years now and have found the experience excellent. Independent Reserve is very supportive of new investors and their support service is first class. One of the best decisions I made when deciding to invest was choosing to deal with the team at Independent Reserve.

On more than one occasion I have requested that this company help me to check on fraudulent companies. They have completed their research and highlighted the scam behaviours. I am extremely grateful for their advice and concern. Thank you Independent Reserve .

I had a hiccup with a ADA transfer. The transaction was sent from a secondary wallet and approved on the Caradano Blockchain. The ADA transferred wasn't credited to my account after 24 hours. After contacting support I was credited the amount I transferred within the hour. Excellent and timely service
