Disputed through PayPal - no package, no responses

Their items are so beautiful, I was looking forward to my package, however, it did not arrive. I emailed the seller 3x and also, messaged them on Instagram - which they also did not respond to. I have no responses and no package! I spent $70 and on top of the $70 came a $50 customs fee. Their website says customs would be $20- important to note the customs fee may be a tariff charge as well but again, these are things that are not noted on their site. No response is so unprofessional. Disputed through PayPal as of now.
