Never received the game and no support available

Fraudulent scamming site where in most cases games activation codes will not be provided "due to errors", refunds will also not be provided even when promised and a plethora of other suspicious activities. Just check our their Discord server, which they actually use to provide "support"

I've purchased a game and can't redeeme the key for it after the payment.

EDIT: After contacting with Support the problem was fixed

This site uses different currencies on its site and during actual purchases. So when something is advertised in dollars $3.50, you actually pay more for Euro region €3.50.

If we add ridiculous PayPal fees (€0.70) to this, you get a completely different cost at the end.

After pointing out the price discrepancy, they shifted the blame on PayPal.

I pre-ordered Planet Coaster 2 and saw on Steam that the game had been released so I tried to redeem my key but had a lot of difficulty logging in and when I finally did get in, The gamke key was not available.

I can't login using email and password, it gives the error "e1110," even though I am positive that it is correct because it was an automatic saved account through my browser (unless of course you utilize custom passwords that I didn't realize). Next is that after I had finally logged in using google, it says that I have no games bought, even though the financial transaction already went through.

I've never had any problems with buying games on indiegala. Thank you.

I have been a member of IndieGala for quite some time. They have fantastic deals on games and have never given me any problems. I've always received my codes instantly and they've never not worked.

My old account with my own e-mail address (and domain) was suddenly not accepted for purchases because it could be a disposable address. I do not understand why such a policy is applied for existing accounts.

I bought a game from you I can't even download, total rip off

I accidentally purchased a game in another country while on vacation.
The game was not accepted by my Steam account and I was given a refund quickly after emailing support.

Saved money on my purchase, instant delivery of product, no ridiculous fees or other nonsense.

Only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the selection being quite smaller than other places, the filter for searching games by price/discount/type seems a bit bugged and slow, and a discount coupon would be appreciated for return customers like fanatical does.

With that said, I'll keep using this site for future purchases.

Tried to buy two games that were listed as available on the website.

One was removed from the shopping cart during checkout, even though it was still listed as available on the store page afterwards.

The other game was purchased successfully, but the key wouldn't show. Reached out to support, who were quick to respond that they had run out of keys. Finally was able to activate it a month later when keys happened to be restocked.
