Good but sometimes it can be annoying
The app and site usually work alright, but sometimes they just won't load. Other sites and other programs on my PC work fine, only Indiegala has problems. Changing wifi network also doesn't help, so when this happens, there isn't much I can do, just wait for it to work again

Received invalid Steam key
I received three Steam keys in my order, and one of them was already used and unable to be redeemed. Email support did not respond to remedy the issue.

The game I bought wouldn’t redeem
The game I bought wouldn’t redeem and support said it’s because they ran out of keys.
Then stop allowing purchases while you’re out and don’t let people buy something they can’t access. How is that not the default? Or at least warn people that there are no keys currently but you’ll get one as soon as they’re available?? And it just said “sorry this can’t be redeemed right now, try again later” with no indication that it was because the keys were out.
