Indigo Herbs Reviews 

I have been using Indigo Herbs for a number of years and the products have been great, however due to a huge promotion I only ordered limited products and had arranged to collect. On every occasion of trying to collect, there has been no one available. I have now requested a refund and unfortunately I am not getting a response. it is not a poor score for the products but for the service and lack of communication when making requests. This is something I do not like doing, however due to a lack of contact this is a final attempt before going through chargeback option.

Still have not received my almost 200.00 order! I want my money back!

There were two items missing from my delivery. Tried calling customer services many times on numerous days and no one answered just a recorded message kept repeating they they were busy and to try again. Filled online form with my query twice and no reply. Found an email and wrote an email about it and got automatic reply that they’ve received my email and will contact me back soon. It has almost been two weeks (25/6/25 is todays date) and no reply whatsoever. I feel cheated and would definitely not recommend this company!!!!

Good company, good quality, good underlying principles. Hope you re-open.

The website indicated that the item was available but next day they said it was no longer. A refund was promptly awarded.
