Received my bedsides to match the bed that i brought 6 months ago, have to say that i absolutely love their products, well made and they look amazing, really happy and would not hesitate to order from them again. The delivery drivers were also very professional and helpful.

My partner and I recently moved out of town into a much bigger house in the country and so needed to get several pieces of furniture to fill the additional space. The new house has a country-cottage feel with some quirky features, and we are not natural interior designer types, so didn't really know where to start. In the end we didn't need to look any further than Indigo! Although on the expensive side we found that the designs are really to our taste.

However our Indigo experience was not 100% plain sailing. One piece had evidently taken a knock prior to being delivered. I contacted the After Sales team and was pleased to find them committed to putting things right for us, and the piece was reordered, but when it arrived there was a fault with the replacement - so there was a second iteration needed. Whilst this was a bit annoying, and as the furniture is custom made it is not like the replacements arrived in the next few days, we are really happy with the final outcome, and really pleased that there was never any quibble from the After Sales team. These things do happen, and it's fair to point out that we ordered 12 pieces and only had a problem with 1 of them and it is not going to stop me from heartily recommending Indigo to others.

Received furniture on Friday from two very helpful delivery men Scott and Scott minimum fuss. Impressive service down to felt on the furniture feet to alley scratching on the wood flooring and the extensive after care kit which is very helpful. Must also mention Mariona from Harrogate, very knowledgeable not pushy. A quality product very pleased with design, looks wonderful.

Sean and David delivered our bedroom furniture last Thursday 16/08. They arrived when we had been told they would and were friendly and professional. Furniture was taken up stairs with no hassle and positioned exactly where I had asked for it to be. It looks really good. We are very pleased with the workmanship of the furniture and with the execution of the delivery.

A brilliant service from a fantastic company. The new bed was here ahead of time and assembled without fuss by the two excellent delivery men.

We received our bed and bedside tables earlier this week and couldn't be happier with them, or the delivery and customer service we have received from Indigo. Tracy in Harrogate spent a while with us in the showroom making sure we made the right choice, with absolutely no hard-sell, just lots of helpful advice and ideas. Our items were ready a couple of weeks early which was great, and delivery was spot on with Sean and Phil assembling everything. It was nice not having to ask delivery men to remove their shoes before walking on new carpet, thanks guys! I'd love to shop with Indigo again in the future.

I recently took delivery of the Riven Oak bookshelf side table and a vintage footstool. The furniture is well made and beautiful. I'm absolutely thrilled with both pieces of furniture. The delivery team, Sean and Phil were super. I received a call from them when promised and was given an exact time schedule. Thank you to everyone involved in my order.

Received delivery of sofa chaise exactly on schedule by Sean & David. Installed & assembled in double quick time, very professional and courteous. My thanks also to John & Sara at Harrowgate showroom for their hospitality and advice. I am delighted with the new sofa and will be looking to add an armchair very soon.

We have been having indigo furniture since 2011, it’s excellent quality, that looks just as good since the day we bought it.
We recently bought a sofa and the lady in the Matlock store was extremely helpful, the delivery was very quick and the guys were very professional and gave us advice on caring for the sofa.
I would definitely recommend indigo furniture for quality, service and good value.

Got my Sofa armchair delivered 2 weeks ago and very impressed with the quality

Had our leather sofa delivered today by David & Phil who were very prompt & helpful with putting the sofa together & also gave good aftercare advice. The sofa is great & very comfy!! Knew would be good quality as after shopping around felt that Indigo were the best.

We came across Indigo by chance when escaping from a sudden shower in Harrogate and are so pleased we did! We recently got a new bed and bedside tables, which have totally transformed our bedroom, and couldn't resist one of the gorgeous leather cubes for our lounge! It's all fantastic quality, looks amazing and the service was great. We can't wait to redo another room so we get chance to browse the Indigo collection again!

Fantastic quality bunk beds, Super sturdy and they look lovely! I am confident that they will stand up to the test of time with two boisterous boys! Great service from ordering to delivery. Highly recommended!
