Love the design and colour

Love the design and colour. Fantastic price in the sale. Perfect age grouping. Only down side is the instructions are a bit complicated and even with the spacers the seat does wobble slightly from side to side. Also can't swivel the seat if you use the back anchor strap

I paid for express 24 hour delivery…

I paid for express 24 hour delivery only to be informed after payment that delivery was via Parceforce and therefore affected by strike action. There was no mention of this prior to payment. The pushchair I purchased therefore did not arrive in time for a trip I needed it for.

What a Nightmare experience!

I ordered a isofix car seat for my grandson who has now been born. I paid for priority service with tracking. The order went through they have taken the money and for three days it says preparing for shipping? I message them and they don’t answer when they did they said it is dispatching today but I still have heard nothing. I am so annoyed I could have got this item elsewhere just feel they are messing me about. Terrible terrible customer service you cannot even phone them!!!

I am a new customer to you

I am a new customer to you, trying to purchase a 5point harness that your website said was in stock. I then received an E mail after you had taken my money to say that the item is out of stock. You did not tell me if/when you will have more in stock. This has left me with a chair that is totally useless as I cannot use it. Also you have still not refunded my money,how can you take it so quickly, but be so slow to refund it.1

I tried to cancel the order the day…

I tried to cancel the order the day after placing it but was told I couldn't cancel it and would have to pay to return the item that hadn't yet been shipped and if I rejected the order, I would have to pay £20 fee. They also said it would be next day delivery and its been 4 days and I haven't received my item or a refund.

SCAM! SCAM! BE AWARE BEFORE ORDERING SEE THIS REVIEW

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! BE AWARE!
Got incorrect item, and when I messaged to replace this, they offered me £10, even I have spent £300, worse ever customer service, now they had arranged return my incorrect item by promising that my correct item will be sent out when I will return it, I have returned it and now they are saying they dont have the item which I have ordered, I think its scam, they are just clearing their unusual stock, by delivering whatever they have and then offering £10 for incorrect item, but their plan was unsuccessful so they return it, now At the end I dont have item and loss money aswell, be aware to order here, they dont even have contact number, just email reply and very hard to contact and they are replying after 3 4 days after we put queries,
I have ordered 2 weeks ago and still my money stuck there
totally SCAM, BE AWARE

Spare parts

I needed a spare part for my moto system, I emailed support for help as there’s no photos of the kit or anyway to identify what each piece of kit is. I sent them a photo of the pram and circled the piece of kit I needed as there’s a no return policy. I was emailed back instructions and I followed them. I had the choice of three colours, midnight, soft grey and soft beige. My pram being black i chose midnight. A brown handle showed up and now they’re saying that is the colour midnight. No returns and wasted £35!!! Not happy especially as I tried my best to negate this from happening by asking them to identify for me what I needed to purchase.
Added after their reply - you never advised what colour to order, my issue is the fact you didn’t specify the colour. Considering the ridiculous names to describe the colours this should have been done.
Yes you delivered the colour that was order that’s not my issue!
