Unprocessed $384.99 refund despite written confirmation from support

I was unexpectedly charged $384.99 USD following a trial period. I contacted their support immediately without using any credits or services for this billing cycle.

On August 24, their support representative (Calix) explicitly promised in writing: "we will reimburse soon. thanks you".

However, over a week has passed, and no refund has been processed. The Whop payment gateway initially rejected the dispute simply because the merchant failed to click the refund button on their end.

I am leaving this review to urge the Infinite UGC team to honor their written agreement and process my $384.99 refund immediately. I will gladly update or remove this review as soon as the full refund is credited to my account.

Don't trust these bastards

I forgot to cancel their trial, I admit it's my fault. I reached out via their chat + email to ask for a refund, but never got a response. I opened a Revolut chargeback and it just declined. Didn't even have the time to try their product within those 3 days and now I'm down 385 bucks unfortunately. I see this is the only place it's possible to reach them, so please let me know Inifinite UGC if we can resolve this and I'll delte this review without issues. Good day!

Unfortutaly this tool doesn't work as…

Note: Infinite UGC flagged this review. So I had to update my InfiniteUGC Review. This tool (Infinite UGC) doesn't work as advertised. It glitches. It's buggy. The output takes way longer compared to competitors. They use affiliates to promote the tool with crazy promises. There is 0 customer support (only an AI bot, but don't expect to speak to a human even after requesting it multiple times). So all in all, it's beter to save your money and use another tool (the funny part is, the bigger names charge actually less money than Infinite UGC, even though their output is a lot bettter.) I hope they can fix these issues and make this a workable tool. If they do, I'll gladly update my InfiniteUGC Review.

It doesn't work

It doesn't work, all AI generations, UGC, animation I tried failed, simple prompts and all I got were errors. SCAM

Animation is limited to paid subscribers, we'd simply lose a lot of money on the $1 trial. We limit initial credits to 1,100 for the paid trial

which allows you to generate a 45 second video with our podcast feature or our ai ugc talking head feature.

Along with tons of image gen for hundreds of avatars.

If you have any questions or want to request special access to animation on a trial plan, i can set that up for you, contact us at hello@infiniteugc.com

thank you.

It just doesn't work and support never reply to you

AI UGC generation fails, AI animation ads doesn't provide character and product consistency, it can even hold animation style consistency! Total BS. Support doesn't answer you!

Really, do not try this tool, don't waste your money.

Fake hype, broken tool, partial refund. Avoid.

I bought Infinite UGC after seeing it promoted all over X as the tool "all the big ecommerce players" use to make viral ad videos at scale. That is not what I got. The posts appear to be affiliate promotions from people who don't actually use the product, and the reality is nothing like the marketing.

Within my first hour: the interface was buggy, a video I created simply disappeared, I couldn't add video editors, and each video took over 15 minutes to generate, so scaling is not realistic. Each video also burns around 2,000 credits (roughly $12.80 per video), meaning the $1 trial isn't even enough to properly test it. The output itself was poor quality, with grammar mistakes in the on-screen text and the video cut off at the end so the last words were missing entirely. Not usable ad content.

I requested a refund within the hour. They processed it, but refunded about $20 short of what I paid, wouldn't confirm the refund in writing, and support responded with a dismissive, defensive attitude instead of simply making it right. Telling a customer "it's not our job that you didn't test it" is not how you handle a product that doesn't work as advertised.

If you're considering this based on what you've seen on X, be careful. It did not live up to the promises, and the support experience made it worse. One star.

Overall

Overall, had really great consistent outputs for ugc for my brand on tiktokk that were super, super long, like 40 to 90 seconds, but I gt into one bug. They opened it in Slack with me to help me out, and they fixed it, so overall, really good experience. Higgsfield sucked with their customer support
