Service from Infiniti Stockport was, in the main, very good but a few little niggles like supplying the wrong spare key, in touch manual in French and tyres underinflated on delivery. All now put right.

Just wanted to write a little review about the team at Infiniti Leeds. We have owned our q30 for just over two years now and have used the Leeds center since purchase for servicing and two warranty issues. On each visit the staff have made me feel extremely welcome, you genuinely get the feeling they care about their product and more importantly the customers who buy them. Both Dan and Lucy, in my opinion go beyond what I have come to expect from previous dealership experiences. They keep you up to date with progress and have ensured the jobs were carried out swiftly by the professional technicians. I have no reservations in recommending the team at infiniti Leeds and wiil definitely be returning to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Stress-free transaction - very happy
Probably more of a review of the Salesman, Andrew C, than of Infinity itself. No pressure, straightforward talking and negotiation - the overall process carried out with minimum of fuss and a good dose of humour.
Had a number of questions after the test drive and after placing a deposit, and emailed Andrew regularly prior to collection of the car.
Quick replies and all queries sorted - would happily buy from Andrew again :)

I have only given a 3 star rating as…
I have only given a 3 star rating as infiniti did go out of there way to rectify the problems which had occurred.
The problems I had could of been avoided from the start of the sale if infiniti had pre checked the car pre sale and rectified any problems found.
So a two week delay in getting my car should of been avoided.
Infiniti in Reading who took care of the problem which occurred at Birmingham infiniti were fantastic by always keeping me up to date so no fault there.
The car itself now has been finished to a high standard so really pleased with the end result. Would I recommend infiniti....yes I would but would recomended if buying a used car that the car has been double checked for any faults.

Let down by terrible service department
Sales team at Stockport are really good and I couldn't have asked for more from Tim! However the Service department were terrible when I purchased my Q50 3 years ago and refused to agree the paint was the wrong colour even when parked next to another vehicle of the alleged same colour.
Now I have just purchased a QX30 they have not improved!! Still awaiting a call back from the service manager to let me know why I have two random bolts rolling around the engine bay and a bonnet that rattles probably a connected issue I just hope the bonnet stays connected and a few other minor issues.
