Good bouncing poor customer service.

This is a popular activity for a variety of ages and whilst the inflatables are fun there were several which were exactly the same. Staff were not very visible and there was little supervision of what was actually going on with each inflatable.
You get what you pay for and this venue is far cheaper than most others.
Most disappointing was the food or more accurately the customer service around the food as we never got to actually try the food. Having waited almost 45 minutes for our order to arrive we were then told it was on its way for it still not to have arrived 10 minutes later. We saw several other parties, who had ordered their food after us, receiving their orders and eating them whilst we were still waiting. It was obvious our order had been missed and yet no one offered any form of apology.
We ended up asking for a refund as there would not have been time for the children to eat before we had to leave at the end of the session…and still no apology.
McDonalds down the road though were brilliant and far cheaper!
