Brilliant, highly recommend
Nice, friendly staff. Looked clean from where I was standing in the viewing area. The kids loved it. Adults all had a coffee, very good coffee. Could see the kids from the viewing area the majority of the time. (Had older kids inside with the younger kids who needed a tiny bit of supervision from age 6-10) they were all fine in there on their own and easy enough to see if they needed anything and easy access for them to come up to us if they wanted anything like a quick drink or anything. We went on Easter Sunday so was very busy but can’t fault it at all. There were no issues and they all had a fantastic time. Highly recommend! We went for one hour. Only recommendation I would make is that when I booked I had the option of one hour or two hours. One hour isn’t quite enough and two hours is too much so a 90 minute option would be perfect 😊

I been to the London- Colindale location before but i was holding myself to put a bad review but now is too much
When i came in the reception was left unattended, the colour female that did not want to give me her name so I can not mention was so rude and she was not trying at all to hel me. I been here before with multiple ocasions but people were a lot better. She was trying to make me leave not to take care of the vlients and bring business some money. As a business owner, this kind of people and attitudes are bringing lost to the business
For PARENTS. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR THE HEALTH OF YOUR CHILDRENS
THE BALLS ARE DIRTY
TH WALLS ARE FULL OF DUST
THE WHOLE PLACEIS FILL OF MUD AND RUBISH
PILES OF RUBISH LEFT ON THE TABLE
YOU HAVE TO CLEAN YOUR TABLE TO HAVE WHERE TO STAY
THE TOILETS ARE WITH URINE ON THE FLOOR AND CHILDRENS ARE GOING IN THEIR SOCKS ONLY AND YOU CAN IMAGINE THAT THE URINE FROM THE SOCKS ARE HOING ON THE FLOOR AND IN THE BALLS. ALL THE BALLS AND FLOOR BEING WITH PISS FROM THE TOILET
ALL THE STAFF STAYS AT THE ENTRY IN THE BALOON LIKE SHEEPS AND TALKING. NOONE INSIDE TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CHILDRENS
I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMMILY, NOT YO VOME HERE ANYMORE AND NOT TO RECOMEND THIS PLACE
STUFF IS A 0, need more friendly and qualified people to work here
Unfair Treatment Despite a Nice Place
The theme park itself is nice and fun for kids. The games are enjoyable and children can have a good time there.
However, the staff behavior was very disappointing. More than once, I asked if I could enter with my children only to supervise them, not to play, just to keep an eye on them. I was told no, and that I must pay and wear a wristband because anyone who enters must have one.
At the same time, another person with a small girl was allowed to enter without any issue. I also saw more than four fathers inside playing with their kids without reservations and without wristbands.
This kind of treatment is very bad and feels unfair and discriminatory. Either everyone should follow the same rules, or no one should be allowed in without a reservation and wristband.
Because of this experience, I will not be coming back to this place again.
Fun for all kids and SEN friendly
We visited the Manchester Inflata Nation today and had a great time! All the kids seem to be having a great time and everything seems well maintained. What prompted me to write is we brought our 7 year old non verbal autistic daughter (not realising they have a dedicated SEN session) and the staff were very accommodating. The guy at the inflatables exit said he keep an eye on if she left and when my husband arrived looking for her told him she was in the cafe with me. Another time I went on to look for her and a different staff member caught my eye and point her out to me. Amazing experience that they had obviously chatted between themselves and were keeping an eye out for her. I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews - seems like a great place.
Disappointed and Worried: Dust Everywhere, Not Safe for Kids with Breathing Issues
I recently visited InflataNation with my son and unfortunately had a very disappointing and worrying experience. We paid £55 for our session, which is not a small amount, and I expected a safe, clean environment for children to play in.
However, towards the end of the session I started noticing the amount of dust on the equipment, especially around the top sections. It was thick and clearly had built up over time without being properly cleaned. With people bouncing and moving around, the dust was being disturbed into the air, meaning everyone there was breathing it in. This is unacceptable for any indoor play facility, but especially one aimed at children.
What makes this more concerning is that my son has chest problems, which made me immediately anxious about the potential health impact. I only realised the true state of the dust around 10 minutes before the end of our session, but by that time he had already spent a considerable amount of time on the equipment. Breathing in that level of dust is not only unpleasant, it could be dangerous for children or anyone with asthma or other respiratory issues.
The fact that the equipment is not being maintained and cleaned to a safe standard is extremely disappointing. For a venue that charges families a premium price, the very minimum expectation is that the play areas are kept hygienic and safe. Dust of that level suggests poor upkeep and lack of proper cleaning routines, which needs to be addressed urgently.
I feel very let down by this experience, and I am now left worried about how this may affect my son’s health. I would urge management to take responsibility and ensure the entire facility is properly deep-cleaned and maintained on a regular basis to prevent this happening again. Families should not have to worry about their children breathing in dust while they play.
Lovely SEN mornings, very inclusive
We had a lovely morning at West Brom today for the SEN session. They limited numbers and it was highly enjoyable with consideration in place. The gentleman didn't let the next session on until we was able to get our little one off safely, just amazing and nothing was too much trouble. It made it a stress free and very enjoyable visit and was clean throughout. Thank you for being so considering and inclusive. We will return as money was so worth it for such a wonderful time. Thank you again.
Expensive over priced small sweatbox.
Expensive over priced small sweatbox.
The ball pit balls were disgusting covered in I don’t even know what… I tried not to look as I walked through them. It’s unbearable how hot it is… they need to get some ac I knew they didn’t have any when booking but I’m surprised someone hasn’t fainted/passed out. It’s very small and we all got bored after about 30 mins done it all and was ready to go home.
So disappointing because we paid for 2 hours and it’s expensive for what it is… we need more indoor play places for kids but this was a poor choice unfortunately. The lack of hygiene, no ac, and just not enough to do, and also the price for what you’re getting. Such a shame because I really wanted to love it and was looking forward to taking the kids out to have some fun.
Lovely place and lovely staff
I just wanted to come on here and write a review as I have seen so many bad ones & don’t want people getting turned off and not want to go. I went to the one in Ipswich today, the sat nav did bring me to the back route so I nearly went into a bus lane but luckily I turned around in time, so be warned about that. I also where ever I go cover me by taking pictures of car park etc with times Incase a fine gets sent but I was under the time frame.
I booked the toddler session we literally had the whole place to ourselves for the hour. My son absolutely loved it, it was hot but we just kept going out for drink breaks. They have lockers you can hire for £3.50.
There’s a bar in drink area for snacks & drinks etc. was abit pricey as my tango came to £3! But tbh that happens anywhere now so wasn’t a major issue.
The place was clean & staff were so nice with my son and played with him when I started to get tired. Make sure to put your reg in on tablet on arrival by the top of the stairs as that will give you an extra two hours in car park.
I will definitely come again to the toddler sessions as it was so nice and quiet.
Stechford Birmingham
Awful. My wife and young child visited on Monday. Wife spoke to the 'manager' on duty to explain that the inflatables were a bit mucky with plasters & used tissues etc. The manager's attitude was abhorrent. Won't bore everyone with the details but she was argumentative, rude and had zero customer service skills. Wouldn't provide her full name, wouldn't provide Head Office details. Said, 'you have a phone, you find it'. At one point stormed off and said 'whatever'. Totally unprofessional and not really sure how these people get jobs in these positions. Other members of staff looked embarrassed. Had a response from a different 'manager' today who, by their response has believed everything their member of staff said about how they behaved. Not addressed any customer concerns. Laughable. Avoid like the plague. Unless you want your child bouncing through plasters and tissues and spoken to like utter garbage - then go for it!
Inflata Nation Colindale Parking issues very (dodgy)
I used to be a regular customer at Inflata Nation Colindale invisiting almost every week and enjoying the venue. However, my experience with their car park management has been extremely disappointing. I received three parking tickets under circumstances that felt very unfair and dodgy. The stress, time, and money I lost dealing with these tickets have completely soured my view of the place.
Despite being a loyal customer, I was left to deal with the consequences of a poorly managed parking system. Since paying the last ticket over a year ago, I’ve made the decision never to return—and neither have my friends who used to come with me. Until they seriously improve or change their car park management, I cannot recommend
DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHILDS BDAY RUINED
Absolute shambles of a place. I've been to flip-out and oxygen as well as other various soft play centres, and have never had an experience as bad as the one I had today at inflation nation. I booked a 2 hour session for my daughter and her 8 friends which obviously wasn't cheap and had brought a cake with me in a bag. The way I was subsequently treated, you would have thought I had a bomb with me. I was told that I couldn't open my daughter's birthday cake in the building, which was extremely frustrating as firstly this wasn't explained on the website when booking but also I've not experienced this moronic policy at any of the other sort play centres. The manager then came up to me and said that I had to remove the cake from the building and that it couldn't be on the premises! I mean really guys? How ridiculous. The staff members including the manager just stood around me like security for the entire time of the 2 hours as I refused to move the cake. Honestly I'm never booking this place again. Absolutely no empathy, no care, didn't offer any solutions, absolutely shocking customer service.
Also, it was about 30c in the building, no air con and no fans so the children were all burning up, I'm surprised nobody had fainted.
Do not book this please, they treat paying customers like criminals for bringing in a cake. Book Oxygen in Acton who not only let me bring a cake in, but also offered to put the cake in the fridge for me.
THANKS FOR RUINING MY DAUGHTERS 8TH BIRTHDAY!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!
Waste of time as cant even book it.
Clearly 2* average sums it up!
Literally tried to book it and website keeps saying error when I am entering details. Waste of time! Cant even book it!
Its time they maybe catch up to current world and allow Apple/Google Pay for quick and convenient method.

Booked for my teenage daughter and her friend, plan was to go to the gym next door and let them play, I read through the whole website and t&c's and no where did it say I'd have to hang around like a doughnut while they enjoyed themselves, we got there booked in, I went gym next door and then got a call from my daughter saying they won't let them play as they saw me leave. Had to come back and completely ruin my morning. Fuming.
Fantastic place!!
Just been to the glasgow branch and it was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and even played with the kids in the ball pool..The kids really enjoyed it!! So much for them to do, bounce, slide n jump..Definitely recommend!!! Decent price for 1 hour session x

If I can give one piece of advice, avoid like the plague!
Caked in faeces.
When it first opened it was great. However, it hasn’t been cleaned once since then. Went today and a good number of the balls were covered in pigeon poo. Before the staff come back and say it isn’t. I’ve got photos that a sadly can’t post here. I do more than enough pest control to know what I’m looking at. Plus, a decent amount was caught in the over head nets on some of the kit.
Inflatanation- Ipswich
For the price we thought it was over priced for what it was- it’s a small area. (Even with a discount code)
The balls and area were filthy and the amount of hair was vile.
Also the toilets water pressure is awful so hard to wash your hands as the water just dribbles out.
Tbh we wouldn’t go back- we travelled 50 mins away and we wouldn’t return!
Also I wanted to have a little go I’m disabled but knew I would only be able to go in for 5 mins they wouldn’t let me bring a carer and use our discount code. So I sat alone. It was one or the other.
I wish I had read the reviews before I went as they are all negative! I couldn’t see one good review
Platinum party package, not so platinum.
Having recently just booked a platinum party package at the Ipswich venue, I really would not recommend booking a party at inflata nation.
The price for the platinum package is not worth what you get from the day. The organisation was lacking. There is a lack of food options, those who didn’t eat pizza, just had chips, and the boxes of chips were cold on arrival. The only good thing about the platinum package is every child gets a courtesy 1 hour jump session to be used within 3 months.
I don’t think an hours jump time is enough for a party, especially at the cost, which is followed by 30mins in the party room for food. An hour and 30 minutes play/jump time would be much more suited, but this wasn’t an option when booking.
We got there almost 30mins early as it requests in the T/C’s to get waivers and safety video done, but this was not needed as there was no intention on letting the kids go on early, so it just meant all the kids having to wait to get on.
The kids loved the time on the inflatable arena and I would definitely take my girl back, but I would not book another party here.

Had a good time there I parked in the disabled bay with my blue badge clearly visible and have received a fine from a company with disgusting reviews and are being allowed to monitor the car park shame I won't be able to return as i cannot park there.

You must pay £40 father and son for 2 hours (this is insane) that obviously 1h it's not enough for your kid. Better keep it empty rather than lower the prices and make it busier that causes more profit, think smart inflata!!!
