ordered a RECHARGEABLE Peltz head torch through Amazon, arrived with ordinary batteries, was told it was mis-advertised and it was not rechargeable
They totally agreed it was advertised wrong and the advert could not be changed
was refunded cost of torch and £4-49 postage, It actually cost me £5-39 to post it back as they advised
No torch , out of pocket, and all the hassle, NOT IMPRESSED

Ordered Rab mattress. Got product at a reasonable price, free delivery and on my doorstep within a couple of days. So many companies either don't deliver to NI or charge extortionate p+p since Brexit. Very pleased. Great service. Will order with Inglesport in the future

I bought the rab ascent 1100, and it arrived perfect next day with free delivery. highly recommend this company and will be using them again myself.

Don't use this company they don't send items out or respond to emails, but do take your money straight away.

I bought a rab ascent 900 sleeping bag late on a friday night, it arrived on the monday morning!! Absolutely fantastic service! Will definitely be ordering again, sometimes the smaller retailer is far better than the big businesses

I ordered a coat from these, it came extremely quickly. Once received I soon realized it was way to big for me, so I contacted them. They understood that this happens and gave me the details on how to send it back and I asked if they could send a size smaller, which they were perfectly fine with.
Once they received the coat back I had an email that same day saying they had sent the smaller size out to me. I've just received it now (was a slight delay due to the royal mail strikes) and the coat is perfect. I will 100% be using inglesport again!!

I ordered a Rab jacket and ordering process and Inglesport postings timelines all great. Then our postman left the parcel in our recycling bin on collection day! Royal Mail accepted responsibility but then Inglesport especially ordered in a jacket in the right size to replace, went through the complex claims process with Royal mail for us and Inglesport were always so helpful throughout the whole process. New jacket sent out quickly and now successfully with us. Thank you so much Inglesport - it is a real sign of a good company when they deal with issues out of your control so well.

Confirmed my order at 16.11 on Tuesday, second email at 16.22 to say the order had been dispatched. Order delivered on Wednesday. Now that's what I call fast service, I will certainly order from this company again

Good product and 10% cheaper than buying direct from the manufacturer.

Inglesport is a great company and shop! I have ordered from them online many times and every time the products arrive quickly and are exactly what I want. They regularly draw me pictures of different animals and include them in the order. They are a genuinely nice group of people who are great at customer service. When I have been into the shop they have been happy and willing to help.

I rarely write reviews (due to lack of time) but, given how good the service was, I felt compelled to. I ordered a Rab Cirrus Men's Flex Hoody from Inglesport on Sunday afternoon and receive the item first thing the following Tuesday. The item was well priced and the packaging, delivery and communication was excellent. Would not hesitate using this shop/website again.
