Were unable to fulfill an order

Were unable to fulfill an order, didn't keep me in the loop as they claimed, and I had to email several times to try and get an estimated date for delivery of my item. Lied about the date of dispatch, and when I opened a paypal dispute, they came back with yet another date for dispatch...which would have been two weeks after they claimed they were originally dispatching. Very unprofessional responses to polite emails.....to the point they were extremely patronising and very sulky. Not the correct way to run a business, or treat customers. I was very excited about discovering this website through Vodafone, and looked forward to ordering from them on future purchases, but I shall take my business elsewhere.

Will you get what you paid for?

Ordered a product on the 19th March. Received an email on 4th April stating there was a delay because they were made by one man in Indonesia, and that he had been ill. That appears to be an admission that they did not have the product in stock when placing the order. The website (as of 18:54pm on 15th April) shows the same product as being in stock.

On 15th April an email was received apologising for the delay (see above re product apparently in stock), and offering a 20% discount on future orders. I replied to this email suggesting that they should concentrate on fulfilling current orders before soliciting new business. They then sent a reply which was petulant and unprofessional, with an immediate, not-requested refund through PayPal. It is worth noting that their PayPal address is a gmail account, not a business email, the company and the website are registered to a flat in a residential building in Bristol, and the contact number on the website is a mobile number.

I replied to this email stating that I found their response to be childish, petulant and incredibly unprofessional. I also asked for my details to be removed from their database, and insisted that they did not contact me again.

The did of course follow up with another childish, petulant email. They have now been reported to the Information Commissioner, and I will be following up with a request to see any information they hold about me.

Do they sound like a company that you want to risk your money with?
