Worst hotel service experience ever!

I never received a confirmation email, so I filled out the contact form just to be safe. I never got a response to that either, until suddenly money was withdrawn from my account. I called multiple times to explain the situation, but was repeatedly told that I couldn’t be helped because the supervisor wasn’t available. Eventually, the first person I spoke to turned out to be the supervisor, who interrupted me and blamed me for the situation. She showed no empathy whatsoever and would only assist me if I provided a booking number, which I never received.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. No surprise it's so cheap...
