Kind and Helpful
I have no idea if I have a claim as yet but the first call was with a kind and polite interviewer. As I couldn't finish I've had visitors knocking on the door I asked her to call the next day or later. . She did and I was still treated with the same respect and courtesy as previous day but with another person.
It was then passed to another person who rang me as a designated time I had arranged with the receptionist the day before . This was to fill. in missing information.
It's been very stressful for me and I was actually relieved to find a very understanding kind and helpful person he was very professional and I was very pleased to talk to him about issues that I had regarding my claim.

Spoke to a 'salesman' that heard me…
Spoke to a 'salesman' that heard me out, went through everything and told me my case needed to be reviewed but there was such a high chance of it being accepted that he wanted to go through the next stage with me just to save time. A few days later I was contacted to provide pictures and more info just to get an email the next day telling me that it's been rejected.

Told me I had a good chance at compensation after my accident and said they’d call back but instead got and email saying evidence wasn’t good enough even after sending photos of the damage to my written off vehicle
